Sinusitis Update (Patreon)

Hey sharklings/sharkies, I'm feeling much better. I finished the penicillin, and so far the pain in my left face is gone, which is a great sign.

I managed to eat properly, too. And not to go into much detail in my private life. I just need to focus on a couple of things before I get myself back on track. And to remind myself to get a nasal rinse device cause I have been spitting out bloody mucus from my nose lately.

But everything else is okay aside from that for the time being.

I'm still deciding on when to open April reward post so please bare with me.
