baby’s first drum skin + other small updates (Patreon)

- budgeted out my life (yawn)

- collected my brand new (first ever!) drum skin from the post office

- played a show in Leeds supporting Hudson Taylor (it was delightful)

- ate an excellent plate of linguine

- worked out how to work my card reader for merch (first time too, woo)

- alongside my manager Claire put in a couple studio days for recording ‘why am I like this’ next month !

..I’ll reveal a little more on this soon, but I’ve been recording a lot lately to roll out next year.. a little project is on the way. with songs I put on YouTube like ‘why am I like this’ I love them enough to upload them but not enough to hold them back.. they’re usually songs I can’t make my mind up on ! putting this song up, receiving such a strong reaction & then getting to tour Europe & hear it sung back at me.. it’s been special. it’s been important for me to hear that & listen to you guys. so that song will join a collection of songs, and I think it will fit right in. I just hope the other songs are nice to it & really make it feel at home ???

also U.K. & ireland folk.. I am announcing some headline dates next week for early 2019! rest of the world - stick with me. I will make it to you some time, I promise!
