'heavy' comes out TOMORROW, jan 15th! (Patreon)

hey y'all

It's crazy to me that 'heavy' comes out TOMORROW. that's fucking nuts. in fact, if you're in Australia/NZ it's already out for you! Let me know what you think. So proud of how this one turned out. I loved getting to share all versions of this song on here, from an idea in its infancy last May to a fully produced track in November. :) for me sharing this process with you is the heart of what the secret demo club is about.

as always I'm an independent artist self-releasing a song, so any help you guys can give me to spread the word really, really helps. time to assemble the secret demo club street team - following some or all of these small steps when the track is out tomorrow won't take much effort, but will help me out immensely!

(this is a master link that then lists all the places you can stream or download the track - spotify, iTunes, Apple Music etc). 

you can:

1) share the track on your twitter, facebook, instagram, instagram story. if you'd like the high res artwork for your post I've attached it here below! I'll be doing my big 'out now' post in the morning (around 10am UK time) so on twitter & facebook you could RT/share those!

2) send the track to a friend - if you have someone in mind who you think might like the song, consider sharing it with them direct. word of mouth is so effective & I love getting personalised song recommendations from friends:)

3) if you're a spotify user add it to your private and public playlists. I'm not gonna pull a Bieber on it & ask u to stream it constantly on loop with a VPN etc but sure give it a couple spins if u can, maybe stick it on the background while you work tomorrow alongside some of your other faves! spotify is full of ALGORITHIMS so a good first week on there means a higher chance of showing up on those ever-coveted playlistssss

4) if you're an iTunes user plz do download the track! 

5) if you're a fan of physical releases I'll have a link tomorrow to pre-order a physical CD of 'freckle season' EP :) it has 5 tracks on it, including 'did it to myself', 'figure it out' & 'heavy'. link to come tomoz..
