Wow, lots of amazing ideas. I think a song about humor. How it creeps in to lighten a situation, how it can turn things around, ease tension, make people relate to each other. How it can appear at an inappropriate time. Or can how a leader that uses humor shows that they have things under control enough that they prioritize humor and happiness.
