Pierogi
Pierogi! Polish kitchen is very hearthy/warm and simple, which I honestly love
Pierogi, żurek, schabowy, gulasz, kopytka, bigos, gołąbki. Also many many soups and many cakes. And pączki (better donuts bcs they are filled with delicious goodness, traditional filling is rose jam)
Pierogis are fantastic, pączki are lovely too. All polish food is great but I’m biased cause my family is polish so we have it at every holiday
Love a good pączki donut but most stores don’t sell them until the holidays. Want a raspberry filled one or a cinnamon one😋
