That's a lot to ask, to make Foley go work out at Equinox. I mean maybe as some kind of cruel prank. He needs to focus on eating food that loves him back and daily movement--like walking. focus on cooking and walking for a year. THEN go to Equinox. Hopefully I'm wrong. But a gym with other people, is just not Foley-friendly and counter-productive for someone with so far to go. Kippy has never had to live at Foley size--it's a different planet. And it ain't planet fitness. (BTW, I did this "journey" myself, I halved myself weight-wise near your age. And I've kept it off for 5 years. There are ways. I am happy to show you mine.)

If anything when I see new, bigger people joining my gym, in my head I’m happy for them and try to give them advice if needed. First 10 min of pod about joining a gym and then hearing his excuses for not initially going, then last 10 - 15 minutes is him salivating over sugary cereal mashups and then when he pukes it up the next day he just shrugs it off as “a reaction to my medication”. Yeah, no fucking shit dude…the medicine is to control your eating which I doubt he’ll ever be able to do. Know that’s the pod, but sometimes it just gets fucking old.

Just a quick check on the interwebs and I discovered that a box of Oreo cereal with marshmallows, a box of Frosted Mini Wheats, and a half a gallon of 2% milk is almost the equivalent calorically to half of what a Strongman like Thor eats in a day - if consumed all at once. Crazy. For reference, Thor weighs between 400-450 pounds.
