RAIL page 28 WIP + March Goals (Patreon)

Welcome to March, you creatures!

Hittin' the tablet as usual, and I've got a bunch of ideas for new things to put in my online stores simmering in the back of my mind... the only trouble is starting them. I do this thing where I have an invisible knife in my back and someone that says "Product design requires you to stop and think, and we don't have time for that! Work on ONLY the comic or commissions, people are waiting!" and I need to overcome that and allow myself to breathe and carve out a little time to work on new things. Otherwise, how am I supposed to get y'all some new dakis, t-shirt designs, stickers, etc?

I think the breakneck speed and competitive hysteria of the internet messes with a lot of artist's minds because we are terrified of being forgotten/undesirable and lose our jobs. However, you guys have been extremely kind, patient, and consistent over the years, and I cannot thank you enough for that. I also need to trust in myself in that I CAN get you guys the usual flow of comics and commissions, while also not panicking when I put time into new items. So long as I can pay the bills (thanks to you), I want more chances to throw new designs at you for the love of it in itself :3

So all that being said, I want to go into March with the mindset to loosen up and have more fun. Both comics are moving at normal speeds again (THANK YOU for getting me through November-February, I was a stressed out wreck the whole time from moving and expensive life necessities), and I want to get back to finding joy in making art that are standalone designs.
