So I guess I'm really doing this, huh

I'm gonna put up and update a spreadsheet covering the diet and what I've eaten so far once I've had a nap!

If anyone knows any nutritionists they feel would be ok with being interviewed for a youtube comedy video making fun of right-wingers who think they know about health, let me know!

There might be a third video up on Wednesday/Thursday but I might end up taking more time on it. I'm trying to be better with brevity and focusing on a single topic but it might turn out better to cover more stuff at once on it, I'll find out I guess.

i left a bunch of annoying comments on that spreadsheet but at the same time, if its a diet, its not normal so w/e it was rly fun tho. i have a favourite dietitian on youtube who critisized (why do i wonder if thats spelled correctly? am i going mad?) freelee the banana girl in 2 videos, among other deliciously hilarious vids, but obviously im a liiiittle late to the game with that. "Nutritionist" is not a protected term, and as such is widely used by quacks who try to scam you into buying lots of *scammy product of the day*. You want a "Dietitian", who must be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council to use that name, and must have a BSc in dietetics or a postgraduate qualification approved by the HCPC.

I am also a junkfood vegan (means I eat what I want as long as it is vegan) for 2 years now because of the scientific evidence of it's benefits. and I feel very good. My skin health improved quite a lot. The doc running it is a scientist through and through and I still wait for him to say something stupid. Sorry for the ramble but I always thought you might be the guy to try something like this.
