Welcome to Trollskull Manor.  This 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom corner lot is perfectly situated in the up-and-coming neighborhood of North Ward.  It is a bit of a fixer-up that will be a true gem of Trollskull Alley in the right hands.  It boasts 5 floors, spacious main floor taproom, and a poorly stocked wine cellar.  New owners assume responsibility for any poltergeists.
