WotC Fan Content

Tych Maps recreates maps from published adventures alongside original content. These maps are all freely available on my Patreon and on Reddit (u/tychmaps). These maps are unofficial Fan Content permitted under the Fan Content Policy. Not approved or endorsed by Wizards. Portions of the materials used are property of Wizards of the Coast. © Wizards of the Coast LLC.

Any Tych Maps work that utilizes the Fan Content Policy is also subject to that policy. If you use that work in your own project, you are responsible for ensuring your use also complies with the Fan Content Policy.

Use of Original Content

Use of completed works (maps) - Finished map products are intended for personal use in private games.

Finished maps may not be redistributed, repackaged, resold, sublicensed, or included as downloadable content within another product, module, app, website, or map collection without separate written permission from Tych Maps.

If you are streaming or otherwise sharing your game publicly, the following is required:

Credit Tych Maps in the video or stream description, including a link to my Patreon.

Mention the use of Tych Maps within the video or stream at least twice, such as in the intro and outro.

Notify me of the use of my work by email or Discord message.

If your video or stream is monetized, you must be subscribed at the Merchant tier for the duration of your project plus 2 months after the end of the project.

Use of assets - Assets (raw .png images) and Dungeondraft asset packs may be licensed for commercial use.

If you wish to use Tych Maps assets in your project, the following is required:

Credit Tych Maps in the finished product description, including a link to my Patreon.

Notify me of the use of my work by email or Discord message.

You must be subscribed at the Merchant tier for the duration of your project plus 2 months after the end of the project.

You may use my assets for personal or non-commercial works. If sharing your map publicly, such as on Reddit, mention that Tych Maps assets were used in the description of the map.

Use of map files - Dungeondraft map files and other production/source files are provided strictly for non-commercial, private use. You may modify them as much as needed for your own game.

You may not use, modify, rework, redistribute, or republish these source files as your own work, either publicly, for free, or commercially. Reworked maps may be used in streams or videos if they follow the requirements above.

Underlying production data, including GIS data, source geometry, Foundry source files, and similar working files, is not licensed for redistribution or commercial reuse unless specifically agreed to in writing.
