Weekly Update! Sheva x Wesker updated fluid sim GIFs! (Patreon)

Hi everyone <3

Nothing too crazy to show off this week as I've only worked on improving the fluid simulation, fixing small issues, starting the audio and rendering it all at 4k :D

I've got renders of the other outfits this week as I wanted to do a test render of everything to see if there were any issues across all the outfits.

I've made the fluid stick together more but it has been a bit tricky to get it looking right and it takes my PC ages to simulate it.

I've created 3 separate blender files for each outfit now as I've moved Wesker's hands in each one so they clip less and I noticed on the Tribal outfit his hands would hover in front of Sheva quite a bit.

I tried smoothing out Wesker's movement but some parts of his motion are a bit twitchy >_< It's a little thing that annoys me but overall I think it's alright, You don't really see it in this GIF it's more in other parts of the animation.

I managed to fix a lot of the collision issues I was having with the fluid but there are still a few small spots that get trapped. I'm leaving it how it is though because 99% of it works like it should and spending ages to get these last few bits to not get trapped doesn't seem worth the time when it's so minor.

I noticed some stuff with Sheva's business outfit where some of her straps, radio and equipment would move and stretch when they wouldn't, it's not in this render but for the 4k versions I have reduced how much they move by quite a lot.

I'd still like the fluids to be slower and thicker because it comes across very watery to me but for now it's alright but future versions I aim to improve on as I might make this fluid sim a standard for any goop going forward.

That's all for now though :) I'm still working out the details for the next commission so I'm not sure when I'll properly starting that but in the meantime I might go back and work on the Vecna animation. I'll be getting the Sheva x Wesker rendered at 4k, the audio done and hopefully be done with it by next Friday :)
