May I suggest adding a tag to make finding this reaction easier :) ?

Thanks for your work. Loved the Intro Mention that Marvel was ranked "except" for Multi-verse of Madness. Also kept waiting for the James Hong and Jamie Lee Curtis connection. Great watch, one of the few that I got to watch with you on my 1st viewing. very cool. Thanks again,

Kaleigh Kaos

I understand what you mean and obviously the film had a profound impact on you, which is awesome. I don't think you actually understand, however, the cultural impact The Matrix had. It set standards in the film industry, in science fiction, in gaming. Its language (a glitch in the Matrix, Red Pill vs Blue Pill, or just referencing The Matrix as the nature of things) has become enmeshed into our culture. Books and University level classes on the "Philosophy of the Matrix" were published and taught for credit. An entirely new filming technique (Bullet Time) was invented and became an industry standard with the introduction of the film and started flooding our screens in commercials, television shows, and movies ever since. To this day, there are dozens upon dozens of actors, cinematographers, directors, writers, etc., whose entire careers were not only launched, but skyrocketed, simply by either being associated with or just viewing The Matrix. Everything, Everywhere, All At Once is a fantastic film, to be sure. It is deeply stirring, emotionally. However, it came and went. It didn't change much outside of the feelings and thoughts of some individuals who watched it (which is absolutely enough and amazing, that's the point of art). The Matrix was a bombshell of cultural revolution that hit at precisely the right time.

YEEEEEEEEEEEESSSSSSSS!!!! And noooooooo, why did I start to watch a movie before your upload time?!?!

Darryl Low

Happy Friday Feature Nat. Thanks for the surprise today. Been waiting to watch this movie with you, so I'm excited to be able to watch it. Everyone over on Discord has been going crazy over it 😄 Loved your intro today Nat. It was just so wacky and perfect for this film. There is indeed a lot to process after watching it. As the old saying goes, there's nothing more complicated than family. I enjoyed the movie a lot, and like you, will probably find myself thinking about it for the coming weeks. There's certainly skill involved in putting a story like this together. Thanks for an amazing reaction today Nat, and all your great work this week. Have fun this weekend, and I hope your friends don't work you too hard, and you get everything finished. Remember to tell them it's double time at the weekend 😂💛

Rich

What a pleasant surprise!!!

Joe Blankenship

Is this available to rent anywhere? It's only available to buy on Prime. If I'm gonna buy it, I'd rather have a physical copy.

Saul Hernandez

What!!!!!!???!!! Wasn’t expecting this at all!! This movie blew my mind

Randee Carreno

Happy Feature Friday, Natalie! 😊 I've heard so many great things about this movie. Was putting off watching it, hoping that you would get to it at some point. LOL! Ke Huy Quan, who plays Waymond, played Short Round in "Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom" and then Data in "The Goonies". Really looking forward to watching this reaction this evening. Have a great day & weekend! 😊 Stay Golden ! 💛

ButtyOh

Just back from watching Love And Thunder. Hopefully one great film to follow on from the other amazing one

Steve J

Glad to see some more non-poll executive decision movies thrown into the mix :)

Marc Ammundsen

I've been meaning to watch this for ages now, so thanks for the prompt! Very happy to see you upload this and looks like you enjoyed it. From what I hear, this one outmultiversed Dr. Strange. :)

Rich

It's available for me to rent on Prime currently

Blackbaldrik

Heck yeah! I was hoping you'd do this one! I saw this in theaters twice, and I just bought the 4K physical release. Hands down one of my favourite movies of all time, legit might be my #2 right behind the Lord of the Rings Trilogy, and it kinda came outta nowhere. I had no idea Everything Everywhere All At Once would be so insanely amazing going into it. I didn't even know it existed until my mom mentioned it on our way out of seeing Multiverse of Madness.

Fostena

Nooo I watched it two days ago!

DDK

Woo! Loved this movie, pumped for your reaction.

Jacketb

I've been waiting for an excuse to watch this one, happy Friday!

Rich House

He probably saw the price to rent and assumed it was a buy option

BiggerBee

I was just thinking if you ever thought about reacting to this, what a pleasant surprise :D

Joe Blankenship

I've only seen the buy option for 19.99. maybe it's changed. I'll check later.

Daniel Vezina

watch it again, I'm at my 4th viewing, seeing things that I did not notice before.

Dooly

Finally, an actually good movie worth reacting to.

Fostena

I scheduled a rewatch with a friend 😀

themightyabe

Hey Nat! The footage of your reaction looks a little dark. Not sure if you're using blackout curtains now (it's looked fine in the past). Imo, bringing up the exposure a few ticks in post can help. Also, Ke Huy Quan noted that it was only after watching Crazy Rich Asians that he felt like he had a place in modern Hollywood. It's insane that his talent has gone unrecognized for so long, but that's one of the many dark sides of the entertainment industry. also also, the VFXs were all done by 5 PEOPLE. Here's a bts interview that breaks it down! https://youtu.be/hFFopPPrGiE

Blackbaldrik

Such a good movie, and I loved your reaction! You should definitely consider giving this movie a re-watch on your own time at some point. It's amazing the first time, but it's even more impactful the second time (if you can imagine that). The first time I watched it was alone in the theater and I identified heavily with Jobu/Joy's perspective. Everything felt huge and empty and overwhelming and pointless. Just endless noise. But then the second time I watched I went to see it in theaters again but this time I was with my boyfriend, and I identified more with Waymond and Evelyn's perspective. That, as huge and overwhelming as everything is, no matter how much you're struggling through the endless noise, there's always something worth cherishing. Something positive to hold on to. Some way forward where you can be happy. Both times I left the theater in silent contemplation. It's all about Negative Nihilism vs Positive Nihilism, apathy vs kindness, the dynamics of depression, ADHD, family, generational trauma, etc. This movie really strikes at your heart, if you've ever struggled with any of these things. And it only strikes harder and harder with each repeat viewing.

Joe Blankenship

Yeah, it was only available to buy last week, it was released to rental this week.

Travis

Awesome!

David Trumble

My anticipation or this movie reaction have been off the charts. I may just turn into a rock.

Lobos625

So excited for your reaction to this! I have been looking forward to it ever since I saw it

Byron

This was amazing, and it’s ok to not have enough words because I think a lot of us feel exactly the same and that communicates a lot.

Riolkin

I'll rewatch this with you tomorrow, but I loved this movie. I took my mom to see it because when I was young she took me to see Michelle Yeoh in Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon. We were both shocked and loved this movie, neither of us could figure out what we wanted to say about it but we loved it.

minuteforce

Did you guys seriously convince Nat to watch this one? 😄

Luca Tosti

Yaayy❤️ I'm so happy you watched it! Can't wait to rewatch the whole thing with you. After yesterday's intro where you explained how overwhelmed you are atm I think this is pretty much the best time for you to watch it. Good luck with everything btw!

Eric Brown

Love this movie - requesting RRR as a watch on this channel! You'd love it!

Jamie A-H

My absolute favorite film of 2022. So glad you reacted to it. Not a lot of movies make you go WTF to this extent and move you at the same time and this film did it brilliantly.

Fostena

If you enjoyed the weirdness check out their previous film, Swiss Army Man (2016)

Fostena

What are you talking about? She recently watched Goodfellas and Mad Max: Fury Road

Walter Lopez

This movie is a roller coaster of emotions. Its very rare when I feel this way about a movie. I love watching any movie in theaters but Its not very often when It exceeds my expecations.

Joshua Sheffer

HELL YES GIRL! So glad you're finally watching this, about to start it with you!

Allen

This film is the Matrix of its generation. I was left wholly flabbergasted, confused, amused, broken, inspired, weeping, and eerily complete by the time the credits rolled.

RebRox65

So just in case you we’re wondering where Claire goes, she transferred into Luke Cage show for a bit. It’s funny because I only just relished that the Devil conversation he has with the Priest is almost identical to the Ghost Rider one he has with The Punisher in the comic book.

Ole Pettersen

Oh man, I am so surprise you managed to keep it together for this movie. Watched it with my wife and spent almost the entire second half a sobbing mess in the theater.

jamie jones

What? Claire is in both jessica jones season 1 and daredevil season 2 before luke cage. Odd to add this comment to a movie reaction instead of one of the daredevil ones.

Cardenasada Taco

I've wanted to watch this so bad! But I was holding out to see if you'd react! So glad I waited! Heck Ya!

Tomáš Polák

Just came to say I subscribed just for this, it's my favourite movie of all time

Vinny

I feel like its going to be a long time before I see a movie that will effect me as emotionally as this one did. It was absolutely fantastic and its was nice to see someone else experience that for the first time. Thank you!

Laro

I loved watching the movie with the reaction so much (seeing the movie for the third time). I think I finally got all the details, logic connections and philosophical ties that I had missed earlier. Thanks to smart charming Nat! What a great movie. So unique. Something like this can happen only once in a cinematic decade (or so). Please remember: Don't spin on your chair too fast or else you might become an everything baggle! ;)

Capt. Scott

This movie was so good! Instantly one of my all time favorites!

Kory Easterday

Easily one of the best movies ever made.
