Happy Monday Natalie can't wait to watch this last season with you.

Danishprince

Can't believe we're already so close to the end of Korra :(

Grace Severi

hope u had a good weekend nat so excited to continue korra, also please consider watching gen v (the boys spinoff) as ur next series :)

Darryl Low

Happy Monday Nat. Hope you enjoyed your hike more knowing that your boys didn't let you down 🦅 😊 Your hair looks awesome Nat Excited for Korra Sn.4 and more Sherlock, and can't wait to watch the spooks on Friday with you. This was a great start to the season Nat. Didn't expect the jump forward in time, but it was cool to see Korra still not back to her best, getting down and dirty and struggling to find her feet 💛

Joe Mallard

The Conjuring should be fun!

Mike Hell

No Movie Poll this week? Maybe she made an executive decision and is watching Scream 2 ;)

Danishprince

Most likely Friday the 13th as next week has an actual Friday the 13th which would just be a perfect match

Mike Hell

Oh that’s right, I forgot 👏

CosmicTransmtation

Bataar Jr is different from the Artist brother. He was barely seen in the last season and had no lines. The artist style hasn't changed at all. And remember, the main cast was like 17/18 in the previous season and now are in their early twenties. It wouldn't make sense for them to look the same.

Allan Mena

Really excited for season 4 but also really sad because we're ever so much closer to the end :'( Loving the hair Nat <3

Geoffrey of Monmouth

Asami and Mako are 22 now, Korra 21, and Bolin 20--they look different because they're older.

john Alexander

Since you have seen Breaking Bad how about the Sopranos. That is onr even I haven't seen yet.

R. Chang

This is the strongest season opener that Korra has. I don't really think that Season 4 fully fulfills its promise, but it's a fun season.

honor

havent watched yet but omg nat ur hair looks SO good!!!!

ZALAN-RAJMOND SZOCS

Oddly specific prediction about Korra going to Zaheer for answers 😂 guess we'll just have to see what happens

Alan Felicia

No poll this week? Are we getting a surprise movie next week?

Darryl Low

I think Nat is planning on watching Friday the 13th so that she can have it ready to post on Friday the 13th. Going to be epic 😊

Erick Calderon

Fyi, the new airbending costume is because they needed to save budget animation, the same with Korra's hair (that's also for the plot ofc)

Michael McNeill

Should note that episode 8 "Remembrances" is a recap episode. Nickelodeon cut the show's budget, so they chose to do a clip show instead of having to let go of staff.

so here's my take on the tear at the end of last season. I love Tenzin for returning the favour and having the airnation fill in for her. It's totally what the world needs. But for Korra, it's such a bittersweet moment. Her sense of selfworth is tied to being the avatar. her first line in the show was "Im the avatar, and you gotta deal with it!" she always wanted to be able to do her duty, to have the impact in the world that she is supposed to have. very opposite to Aang who didnt want the responsibility at all. So not only is she sad and frustrated that she cant be the avatar in such a crucial and chaotic time, but now she's seeing other people do the job that she's supposed to have. she's questioning if she's even still needed even when she gets better. So in a way, Tenzin unintentionally really hurt Korra I think. after every villain so far had told her the world would be better off without her or didnt need her, now for the first time it's her own mantor who's saying "dont worry, we got this" which she takes as "we'll be fine without you". her worst nightmare, being obsolete.

Fun Fact: The time between the finale of Book 1 of Korra and the premiere of Book 2 was 447 days. The time between Book 2 and Book 3 was 217 days. The time between the Book 3 finale and the Book 4 online premiere was only 42 days. I remember when they announced the date and was like "That's so soon!"

Norm

Zelda Williams is so good in this season. Big ups to her Pops. Hopefully he was able to see it.

Daniel McGuinness

This is where I stopped my rewatch after you announced you were going to start watching the show 😁 so it’s the one that’s least fresh in my mind I remember some big moments but I’m excited to feel the fresh hype alongside you 😂🫣

FatLittleButterfly

To be honest, there is a rise in people watching Breaking Bad recently. If you want a new series to watch... Leverage is very underrated IMO! oooo next episode ending is going to leave us hanging for a week! y.y

Slaizio

You mentioned that you have seen Breaking Bad. But what about Better Call Saul and El Camino? Have could react to that if you have not seen it and are interested, maybe?

Lawson

imagine korra goes to zaheer for help and he teaches her to fly lol

Shen V

Between The Boys and this, you really are a big fan of wannabe dictators. Concerning. :)

Robert Bonfante

Season 4 has to follow Season 3, and that's a hard ask. I think that season 4 goes a different direction than the previous three seasons. This episode puts Kuvira as the main antagonist, but honestly, Korra's biggest antagonist is herself. It's kind of refreshing to see.

Robert Bonfante

I'm not sure that's the full story, but I can see your point. I think Zaheer and the Red Lotus manhandled her like no one else before and the battle, both physically and mentally, left her traumatized. It's worth pointing out that through most of the final episode, she thought her father was dead. Yes, I agree that being helpless is something she isn't used to. That, combined with nearly being killed in a battle that physically taxed her to her limits and the ensuing PTSD from that encounter has left her a shell of her former self.

Logan Kerlee

Really enjoyed this episode. :) Looking forward to more!

Rodi Borst

U can really tell the writers were happy to know they were able to do what they wanted to do with season 3 and 4. On a side note, the new hairstyle is a big change, took me second, haha

Jose Zamora Orellana

If you finished Breaking Bad and haven't watched El Camino (a movie continuation after Breaking Bad's last scene), that would be awesome for you to reconnect with the universe 😍

Jason Blakeman

One thing to note in this episode is how drastically less defined Korra's arms and back are. She looks skinnier and her arms and back muscles are much less defined and toned in this season than in past seasons

John

I like how your hair this episode makes you look like Asami lol
