YES!!! The peak never ends!! These 2 episodes are probably some of my favorite. Episode 10 is obvious, the date and the ending of them holding hands with the music is just so perfect. Episode 9 tho I adore just because it makes sense so Ichikawa to have these thoughts since it's not just being dense, but It's due to his awful self-esteem issues that Yamada has yet to fully break him out of. And even though there's a misunderstanding it doesn't get needlessly dragged out like some other Anime do, it resolved fast because Yamada is just so perfect at getting Ichikawa to understand his negative thoughts, and push back against them. It's so PEAK man!

The peak streak continues! Season 1 of Dangers is great, but the chat wasn't lying that Season 2 is better. Though what chat noted about a season 3 being in the works isn't correct though. There's a movie being released later this year, but its a compilation film of seasons 1 and 2; it will contain new scenes of the following arc after season 2. I am caught up with the manga and do think there's enough content now for a 3rd season, but time will tell if that will be a thing or not. There's also an OVA that you can watch between seasons 1 and 2 called "Twi-Yaba". Basically its a compilation of some of the short skits that the mangaka posted on Twitter/X that didn't make it into season 1. Stuff like the end credits scene of Ichikawa keeping Yamada's snack bag in episode 1 for "reasons" is one of those short manga posted on Twitter.

Norio (the mangaka) has said that the imaginary friend introduced in episode 10 was purely made up to make Ichikawa's conflicting thoughts on what to do more interesting or more comedic. And I think overall it works since that scene of the imaginary friend calming Ichikawa to sleep is hilarious to me. It's also funny that Ichikawa's imaginary friend is the main character of Yamada's favorite manga, in which he says that "guys like that don't exist in real life", when in reality how he described the manga's main character is just himself but taller. In a way it could mean that Ichikawa is already aware of this as this imaginary is like an idealized version of himself that is supposed to help him out when he's unsure on what to do.
