Kamen rider is supposed to be stronger than a Sentai while there is some exception. Chat said that in Kamen rider there can only be two rider at most in one series but it is only true for Showa era rider series. More modern series usually have more than one rider that can become a friend, an enemy or wildcard that does anything they want. (Can also be enemy at first then friend later or friend first enemy later) And some Kamen rider does achieve God hood, but it is not that many.
