Can you please do a tutorial for how you stylize faces please

Fey

Exactly what I needed, thank you!

Mary Ellen Young

Thank you so much for including horizontal measurements! That’s what I struggle with the most and I feel like it’s hard to find videos about that.

K Ali

This was absolutely great! You pinpointed those things that I struggle with the most. Thank you.

This tutorial was a handful. :D I felt like I have no storage left for new information by the end of the video. Thank you for putting this together Sam! And wanted to say special thanks for the hand measurements, really needed a guide to draw hands. :D

This was such a valuable piece of eduction. I spent several hours with this video going back over parts that didn't sink in the first time. I feel much more confident in this now! Thanks!

Thank youuuuu, this is honestly exactly what I needed haha

This tutorial is perfect to what I need right now 😭 Hope we can get a tutorial on how to capture likeness. I like drawing fanarts of celebrities but they don’t look like the celebrities I’m drawinf 😭

This all makes great sense but as soon as the angle isn't straight on or portrait view my mind throws it out the window xD But time to practice, thanks Sam! Another thing I struggle with is details and readability of faces when drawing the entire body. When I'm just drawing a head, it looks great! But as soon as I need to draw an entire body, the details on the face are so small and messy I have a hard time figuring out what I should focus more on and what less on, because they each have problems. Eyes look closed or way too wide open, nose is too prominent or just dots for nostrils, lips too luscious LOL anyone have any tips with this?

Joseph Shield

In case like me you were super confused when you tried to put the eye line so low in the circle like in the first head, it was so low because it wasn’t halfway down. The eye line to the chin was ~80% the length of the top of the head to the eye line. Trying to do the rest of the heads like that made mine look super long faced

I feel like I'm evolving like a Pokemon after this video. In all honesty, you do a great job at breaking things down into digestible pieces of information. All your tips just click with my brain and my best art comes out after I watch one of your tutorials. My baby art hands are turning into toddlers.

Catherine Peacock

Thanks for this video! I really appreciate how you break it down.

This was super useful - thank you!

Amazing tutorial, putting every measurement out there in one condensed video is so helpful!
