Sue

One of my favorite places on earth. Fantastic thank you! Can't wait to try it!

Sue

I am confused though as this evokes the Grand Tetons for me. Either way, beautiful! Thanks again!

Deborah Eichel

Are the mountains the Grand Tetons? i love that area. Your painting is lovely.

Terri

Wonderful and doable! I watch first, then play again and paint along. So excited that you're coming to ME. I'll let our sketch/ watercolor class know. Where in Maine?

Stacey Russell

The Tetons! I am so excited to paint this!

Terri

Awesome! That's where I live!

Tanja Brownlee

This is Grand Teton and I understand the 'Yellowstone Mountains' reference. I was confused as well and googled 'Yellowstone Mountains'. To my surprise, The Tetons are part of the GYE, Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem, but, are not actually in Yellowstone Ntl Park. They are in their own Ntl park. Ellen, so glad these are the mountains you chose for the painting. Can't wait to get the brushes out for this one.

Ellen Crimi-Trent

I googled it - it said it’s not the same 🤣🤷🏻‍♀️

Myra Oakes

The barn is from a Mormon pioneer settlement, this was one of my favorite views in Tetons.

Lesley Mercill

Tetons. Moulton barn. I grew up there. Glad you are painting this.

Ellen Crimi-Trent

Okay !! Wonder why info was incorrect in the photo makes me nuts!!

Karen

Ellen you make it look so easy! Looking forward to this one. Thank you!

Really enjoyed this tutorial Ellen! I have been doing a workshop on wildflowers and I enjoyed the change!

Ellen

Hi, Ellen. Recently joined your Patreon and really enjoy your style of teaching. Is that a New England accent I hear? Or mild Brooklyn?? Anyway, in the Yellowstone painting why did you do the sky half wet-on-wet, and half wet-on-dry? Just asking.

Ellen Crimi-Trent

LOL I live in MA born and raised here but lived in Brooklyn 85-97' worked in NYC

Olynda Walker

I made three batches of this one! Very enjoyable. I make a lot of cards for my church body who are ill.

Bonnie Grove

Getting caught up! My barn got a little overworked but its fine. Also I added a fence but not the horses. Stopping while I'm ahead! :) Thanks Ellen!
