Lesley

Dawn Maywald

I second this! PLEASE come see us! I am in Nor Cal and there are gorgeous mountains, coastlines, plains, you name it, we have it! 🐻

Susan Fox

Another Atlanta here, also a definite attendee if you’re in the area

SHERYL M. Campbell-Bennett

Northern, Northern California. We have trees, mountains, rivers, streams, and wildlife.

Anita OBrien

Rochester NY beautiful upstate!

Jan

Most of the year in NC. Return home to Rye Beach, NH during the summer months to escape the heat.

Deb

I am in SW Washington, about an hour east of Portland, OR. Please come play here, very beautiful!

JL

Charleston, South Carolina wants you to come back again!!

Brenda

Keeping in mind that the east and west is most populated the percentages make sense - but it makes it harder on us centrally located fans 😊

Deb

I would so love a reason to come to Yachats! My profile picture is from there, a magical place ❣

Patty

Western NC

Marie

I'm from upstate NY. I live in a small town on a beautiful lake. Several beautiful hills surrounding the area.

Marie

My daughter lives there!

Marie

My daughter lives there. I was fortunate to visit there 2 years ago.

Holly H

UTAH!!! 🏔️🏜️

Richard Mach

Ft Lauderdale - all about the water

Jan Connors

Greenville, South Carolina, called the Upstate,to be more specific

Evelyn

Washington state is most beautiful in late summer and early fall 🎨

Lynn Clauer

I live close and could help scout - I generally paint by myself (more a meditative practice than something that produces art… but maybe if I were in a familiar setting, I could break out of my fear of painting in a group). Maybe I could encourage my very active retirement community to join in if the workshop didn’t fill

Lynn Clauer

What a beautiful place to live- we have a local sand art raker that you may have seen at seal rock- her work would be a fun challenge to paint- Spinning Sands on FB

Felecia Eby

The beautiful, but small, Astoria Oregon. 😃❤️

Diana

Beautiful New England! 🍁

Judy Cole

A day or half-day watercolor workshop in greater Boston or North or South Shore would be fun!

Andrea Roberts

Central NY- the ❤️ of New York State

Krista Kahn

I am in Atlanta, but Savannah, Charleston, SC or somewhere on the ‘Gold Coast’ would offer beautiful southern architecture and Lowcountry scenery.

Mary Jo Altom

I'm willing to travel, most of your retreats have just come at times when I already have travel planned or there weren't singles available when I learned about them (I'm new to Patreon). Trying my first retreat within driving distance - If it goes well, I'll be looking at future trips in earnest!

Anne Prosser

I think Ellen prefers to fly direct.

Paula

I am in BC but would travel to Washington:)

jody

Northern cal please!

Suzanne

Nashville TN?

Danica G.

Would you ever consider coming to Canada?

Lyn Olson

I’m in the Kansas City area, one of the favorite cities for the World Cup this year! You could draw from Chicago in Minnesota and south from Oklahoma and Texas

Dawn Maywald

Where are you? I am in a town called Hyampom (east of Redding, about 2 hours from Weaverville and tucked into the mountains on the Trinity River).

Amy N.

I am from the mid west. There are direct flights from Boston to Minneapolis, Chicago, and Milwaukee (and loads more!).

Rose Colett

Alaska has direct flight from Boston to Portland OR

Sonya

I’m in western North Carolina—mountains!

Christie L-L

Come to NW lower peninsula Michigan in summer! The Village of Elk Rapids has a Community Center that would be great for workshops! It's called the Herth. It's across from tennis courts, pickle ball courts, BBall hoops, picnic tables & a sandy beach on Grand Traverse Bay, a Vay on Lake Michigan. Very clear water. Warms up in mid July & August for refreshing swimming! we have several art galleries, Art & Connection where classes are held. We also have 3 great restaurants & a couple that are very decent, 3 beach areas, an Art Park facilitated by Art Rapids. There are also pontoon boat rentals at The Elk Lake Marina. Great place to walk around & for plein aire painting. 👍🏻😁

Chris Kibler

I am in NC, south of Wilmington at the beach

Jan Webb

’m going to put in a plug for coming to Washington State for your next painting retreat—specifically the Eastside area near Seattle! There’s no shortage of beauty here, and we certainly have our share of gray, rainy days—which just happens to foster the pursuit of indoor hobbies. 🎨🌧️ There are lots of painting enthusiasts here, too, so I think the Eastside would make a wonderful setting for a future painting retreat. Beautiful scenery, creative people, cozy indoor spaces, and plenty of inspiration—what more could you ask for?

Maggie Shontz

Michigan ok too for me. Thanks for all you do for us. I hope you’re healing well.

Connie Ellison

Oklahoma City ... right in the middle of the US! We're really friendly here. Come here!!!

Carol English

What about Birmingham, Alabama and Nashville, Tenessee?

Donna

San Diego Please please please,

Stephanie Logan

Central Wyoming has so much to offer in diversity of topography, natural mineral deposits from hot underground water (volcanic since we're close to Yellowstone Park), mountains and forests, high desert sagebrush, plus you can see for 20 miles or more! There are multiple colorations of rock formations in strata, red cliffs and cedar trees! And of course, fauna of all types. Come to the mountain states!

Martie

Need you here in San Antonio, Texas! We have gorgeous missions, a beautiful riverwalk (pretty famous for its beauty) and not far is the hill country with charming small Texas towns that will draw you in! How’s that for pleading my case?🤣🤣🤣

Myra Oakes

Washington or the Oregon Coast, we have it all

Leigh

I wouldn’t mind at all being more remote in a beautiful setting. A place I’ve never been able to visit. Renting a car from an airport wouldn’t be a big deal to get to experience that.

Lee ann

I'm in new hampshire at the beach and in the maine mountains in the winter. All of new england is drivable for me. I would travel anywhere in the USA non stop from boston.

Susan Redmond

Outer Banks of NC - like New England, but less expensive and warmer

Martha Flanagan

Can you tutor on docks in water. I struggle with those. Here’s a pic of a dock in the finger lakes in NY.

Eileen

I live in Indiana (chicago area) - I am flying to boston this week to visit my daughter. I looooove boston.

I’m from Ohio, so I assumed Eastern from your categories? We are a state that has it all-lakeshore, urban, farms and fields, rivers and the Appalachians! Lots to choose from!

Vero Beach(FL) is the place you want to be! Direct flights from PVD to VRB. I will pick you up at the airport. You can even stay with me on the beach. I think NOLA would be perfect. I’ve put a lot of thought into it. Believe you would really enjoy it. Now the airfare is great for all over USA. Southern’s offer great hospitality and great food. We would welcome you. I’m a Mississippian.
