don't see the traceable either

Gail giles

Can we get a sketch?

Monica

So pretty, a sketch would be helpful. Thank you.

Debbie Fulton

Thank you Ellen! This painting is Lovely!! We’ve asked for paintings with people and you ALWAYS come through with something SPECIAL!!!😊 Unfortunately the link for the reference photo hasn’t come through…. I’m so excited to try this one! I’ve got a photo of my oldest daughter in a tulip field in Mount Vernon, Wa!! I’m going to put in one more request, which should be easy! Maybe next time, you could have a painting with a young boy in it??? I’ve got 3 kids… Two girls and one boy. 😉 I figured that with two sons of your own, you probably have the perfect photo already…❤️ Thank you again for this LOVELY tutorial!! I can’t wait to get started!!!😊

Monica

I appreciate the reminder on how to get traceable but

Monica

traceable landscape figure shows no post.

Anne Yampanis

You can get the link to the photo on YouTube ☺️

Jayne Wilson

I thought I recognized the photo - I used it in a digital scrapbook page a few years ago.

Gail giles

no trace I state this in video but you get the ref photo- it is redundant for me to trace something you guys can easily trace :)

Hi Ellen, I like your idea of adding people to landscapes in a loose composition. I"m not too into learning faces, too stressful for me. But I like the idea of loosely composed people in landscapes. That works for me. Thank you!

Debby Martinich

When I was studying photography one of my instructors told me that when a person is turned away from the camera, the image is about the environment as a whole. When a person is facing the camera it becomes a portrait and is about the person. I feel that here too.

Debra Broido

I just can’t figure out how to get the traceable. YouTube doesn’t have traceables. Please help.

Sherrie Au

Yes, I don’t see the traceable either

Lori Heckman

I see the reference photo. Is there a traceable?

Lori Heckman

Following your sketching made it easy to sketch on my paper. I loved this painting and would enjoy trying more simple landscapes like this with people. Thanks Ellen!
