Hey Patrons!

Great work this week with the intention of “acceptance.” For this coming week, let’s focus on “JOY.”

I deeply believe that joy is the reason the universe manifested: to experience the joy of living and experiencing herself.

How are you cultivating and experiencing joy in your life? Please share your ideas and thoughts in the comments below.

It’s a privilege and an honor to be on this journey with you!

Namaste and blessings, Kae

It truly is a beautiful thing to realize that joy in itself is enough; thank you Kae for bringing that important awareness to us! For me, sure, wonderful events and happenings…. even “things” bring me joy, but often that kind of joy fades rather quickly, and as for “things”, their sheen soon fades! I too, find that real, lasting joy is available to me at all times by focusing on being grateful for all the blessings in my life, including this community, close loving friends, and the chance to continue to work on keeping an open and compassionate heart! Access to joy also provides me with a good balance to the challenge of working on acceptance and surrender…😉 Peace, love , light and JOY to all…Namaste 🙏❤️🙏

This is a very well-timed topic for me to contemplate as I continue to emerge from a long-haul rough go of it. I'm just now getting to the point where I can feel glimmers of joy rather merely recognize that I would be doing so if I felt better. Recognizing that progress brings its own joy. I'm going back to the contemplation board and hope to weigh in more on this during the week. Thank you both, Kae and Craig, for very constrictive comments. Namaste.

Many blessings to you, Alec!

I find joy in deep intimate connection with people I trust and love. I love being with a group of loved ones where I can be my genuine self. Talking, sharing and laughing. Also, we could all be comfy watching TV. And there is nothing more joyful than a one on one talk with a very close friend and both of us sharing intimate and vulnerable aspects of ourselves. Thanks, Kae, for making me think about joy. Lots of love to you.❤️

Hey Peter! Thank you for sharing your wonderful thoughts!! I so agree with you that there is nothing like the joy found in the intimate connection with those that we love and trust.. Namaste and blessings…🙏
