The only rules are that your questions must not LEAD us toward future events. Thats basaically spoiling. So questions must be about events we have already seen, and what our opinion is about those. If you're going to ask about predictions, be very careful about your wording and remember that we're very sensitive to spoiling and context.

We plan to record to podcast on Monday, and have it edited and posted as soon as possible. in the meantime, we'll be posting side content like cover stories and specials, maybe a movie or two!

We will resume the series in a few days to a week or so at the most. So don't worry we're not taking a huge hiatus or anything. If you keep your pledge, you WILL see uncuts very soon!

How do you feel about that trope in the context of a war arc like Marineford? Powerful characters stand around, seemingly waiting for their turn to be cool, but you can kind of understand why when their attacks could wipe out their own forces. As a follow-up, is there any character you believe held back for personal reasons as opposed to narrative besides Garp?

1. I know you've technically met him before during the Skypiea arc, but I would more or less consider the Battle of Marineford as being Doflamingo's official introduction because this is where he starts to really show the type of person he is and what his worldview could possibly be. Even scenes where he's not really speaking and observing from the side or scenes where he's seemingly roaming around the battlefield chatting with the people he's technically been ordered to kill rather than fighting with them says a lot about his character imo. In a series with so many villains with such clearly defined goals, what do you think of the introduction of a villain that purely just seems to be chaos for the sake of chaos? Do you like characters like that or no? One Piece is already a pretty chaotic series as is with a lot of different power systems constantly fighting with each other - do you think the series could benefit from a character like that? Do you think he could add some necessary "spice", if you will? 2. Law said something pretty interesting right after handing Luffy off to Rayleigh: he referenced the Will of D. again, and seemed to imply he was interested in keeping track of Luffy because of that. Do you think that's why he got himself involved or does Law strike you as a "chaos for the sake of chaos" type of character just like Doflamingo?

Now that you 've seen how Oda can bring together all the little crumbs and hints that he left along his story, how do you feel about this ability? Were you satisfied about the accumulation of all the smaller episodes we 've had along the way showing as the world of one piece as a breathing world and seeing things outside of the main cast having effect on it? Such as Luffy not being a match for the Vice Admirals or Magellan; or Boa Hancock and Smoker; or even Iva and Kuma. Additionally, how would you say this escalation has affected characters from prior arcs such as CP9, Enel, even the Arlong Pirates?

With the story so far especially with Whitebeard's declaration "The One Piece is Real!" Do you guys still think it's gonna be metaphorical "The journey was the treasure." or "The friends we made along the way." or are you guys now thinking maybe not and it might be tangible? if yes, what it could be?

Did Haki come out of nowhere or did you feel like there were enough hints? Hints in the series would include shanks using Haki against the sea king, Hiriluk statements about the powers that pirates have, crocodile thinking Luffy has Haki, Blackbeard mentioning that Luffy bounty was too low for his Haki strength (it actually there in the original manga and anime, but they translated it as spirit for the english audience), mantra in skypiea, and Garp punches hurting Luffy. It a huge argument in the one piece community whether Haki was planned or was a last minute inclusion.
