Lol That beginning conversation between Usopp and Brook reminds me of an Sbs, a fan asking who would win in a 50m race between the Strawhats. Rankings 1 Brook 2 Sanji 3 Luffy 4 Chopper 5 Zoro 6 Usopp 7 Nami 8 Robin 9 Franky - Brook is fast since his body weight is light. - Chopper is ranked high because he can use Walk Point. - Zoro would be ranked higher in a shorter distance race since he would not run off the track and get lost. - Franky is ranked low since he is heavy.

As much as they've vastly improved in recent years, I'll never forgive Toei for how they adapted this arc. Under proper and consistent direction/production Fishman Island could've gone down as a genuine classic, even better than the manga. This arc deserved so much more than what Toei gave it.

While I understand your sentiment who would you have rather had rights to one piece? One piece has released weekly for over 25 years and while the quality isn’t amazing compare it to other long running anime. In my opinion the other studios that would have been able to take on a project this big are worse in many ways. Ik ik toei kind of sucks but at least Pierrot never got the rights to one piece.

Robin has done the clone thing a few times now, it’s just played very quietly. The progression of her powers is actually pretty interesting, you can see her starting to develop new techniques even before the timeskip.

As far as I'm aware this is the first time she has ever used a clone. Ill double check and edit this if I'm wrong but I don't think that I am. Edit: After a pretty extensive search I havent found any examples of her using this ability before this point.

She does it to mislead the CP agents on Sabaody and again at the bus stop prior to the forest. It just isn’t outright shown.

If you're talking about the return to Sabaody, in the manga chapter she's seen huffing and saying "I think I lost them" which I think implies she ran away, there's no implication of a clone use there unless we're just speculating. In the manga I cant find a scene that implies the use of a clone at the bus stop. Edit: Just found the scene in the anime and I think they just didn't have the budget or time to animate her fighting everyone and did a cool transition XD. As far as I can tell the start of the fight isn't in the manga. Ill double check the Sabaody episodes when I get back from class. I'm giving blood right after so it may be a few hours.
