Zou is a VERY underrated arc in my opinion. Nobody ever really talks about it and I don’t know why because a lot of stuff does happen in this arc it just seems like nobody has anything to say about for some reason 😢

Solas

Its because its not a long arc and its sandwiched between two long ones

Sanji Joestar

Alligator in japanese is Wani Like Crocodile's Bananawani in Alabasta That's why they call the alligator mount here Wani(Warney) Lol nvm the episode mentions it in ()

Sanji Joestar

The end of Dressrosa around Luffy vs Fujitora is when I caught up to the anime But this episode is when I decided to switch to the manga and catch up to current chapters back then I could not wait Get ready for a wild ride !

Matthew Gilroy

Story always turns up when Sanji is involved. What did the Vice-Captain get himself into on this fantastical yet treacherous New World island of Zou that's one island closer to the One Piece while the Captain was battling Doflamingo (and while Cabin Boy was fighting a pavement for 50 eps)?

Oussama Essamadi

"Sanji-kun is..." man, I still remember this cliff hanger from way back in the day. Fun times. "Garchu" is just the New World's "Heso", adding even more to the parallels between Wou and Skypiea.

Szonin

After 100 episodes we see Nami again and she starts crying, gets me every time.😥

Sanji Joestar

It's also basically a mix of Grrr/Graou as in a beast And Chu Which means Kiss

Matthew Gilroy

Carrot saving Luffy had more animation than Zoro vs Kaku. Naotoshi Shida knows his priorities. The difference in animation quality between a Captain and Cabin Boy. Funny, Naotoshi also did the Sanji vs Sheepsead scene in our brief cut to Zou earlier too. Vice-Captain priorities

SomeoneElse

Feels good to be caught up with you guys again! REALLY enjoying being in a new arc. I think you're going to really enjoy everything from here on

Matthew Gilroy

Sanji focus? Peak fiction... kino... oh boy.. Sorry Zoro. Second is the first to lose🤷🏾‍♂️

Nazim Belaidi

are you really trying to argue zero doesn't get animation? I got say this is a first.

Matthew Gilroy

750 eps so far and no. Sanji vs Mr 2, Sanji vs Jabra, Fishman Island fights, Zoro always gets the worst animation in his respective fights. Second is always the first to lose

Matthew Gilroy

Zoro vs Pica was a dreadful watching experience. That final attack was slightly better than Ashura. But Ashura was a still frame.

Annie

Sanji-kun...

Mo za

So gararaka

지원

shidaaa animation is so good

Matthew Gilroy

Robbie this was an A and B convo from over two weeks ago. C your way out of it
