Wish Sanji could've been here to share in this pivotal moment, but yes we reached a MAJOR milestone in our long long journey! The end is finally in sight...

klairvoyage

I'm really glad that you-gara are enjoying this arc, this post-Dressrosa era of One Piece is the one I've been looking forward to the most ever since y'all decided to commit to this show^^

Whoopsie

Raizo is Masashi Ebara who also did Guy from Naruto.

Artemis

Zou honestly serves as a critical narrative pivot. It feels like Oda used this arc to reset the series momentum for both the main narative and the long form character development. It feels like things are finanlly moving toward a destination rather then a plot stuck in a never ending circle. Thats kind of the way I look at it.

NIN NIN Road Ponegliff? Raftel? WHO CARES! Law asking they '' they-they don't do that ? " about Ninjas is the best part of this episode 😂😂😂

Sanji Joestar

Oh boi The end is in sight. The last island ! Story's ramping up but still taking the time to flesh itself out! Zou is an amazing arc♥️🐘

Oussama Essamadi

Love the team work Robin and Nami did tackling that Poneglyph.

lionstooth

"Nami can literally do that, nami is a ninja" Its a small gag, but way back in Punk Hazard Kinemon thinks Nami's a Ninja for a sec.

Matthew Gilroy

Zou's pacing in the anime is Enies Lobby level, my goodness

Tim Kühne

Raizo and Might Guy has the same VA .

SomeoneElse

Mighty stupid looking guy

Monkey bing bong

Always love it when Law's edgy boy facade drops.

And this is why only people not caught up to this point tend to ask how the One Piece was not yet claimed for 2 decades. The average pirate grunt doesn't know Road Poneglyphs are a thing; any that know they exist don't necessarily know where they are; and those that even know where they might be cannot find this one because Zou is always moving. Very nice lore system.

Fabulous

There’s a popular theory that the One Piece is hidden beneath Reverse Mountain. When you look at the One Piece world map, all four Blues seem to align in a way that forms an “X” right at Reverse Mountain.

Wanbli Wakua

Ive thought about it too. Where do the holes go? Enies lobby and the “other” one.

👍🏽 Thank you for your support

I really like your point about slowing down to reconnect with each of the characters and especially about Usopp (because I totally agree I find myself actually able to connect with Usopp here). I'd never thought about it like that or put it into words but I def agree it feels like we really needed an arc like this to reconnect. I loved Zou and still love it because it felt so refreshing and has some crazy lore drops along with it.

Bubbles

I agree. I remember this episode got me so hyped for the rest of the show and refueled my love for One Piece. It felt like returning to that original adventuring spirit for me and felt reminiscent of how I felt about pre-time skip One Piece (I still love both but pre-time skip has a special place in my heart).

But also, none of them can read it
