That Sanji cut was from the goat Katsumi Ishizuka, provider of such classics as Gum Gum Storm against Croc, Gum Gum Golden Rifle against Enel, and Gum Gum Jet Gatling against Lucci. A fantastic action animator with a masterfully unique sense of weight, scale, and impact who's been delivering straight bangers for almost as long as One Piece has been airing. You might think I'm glazing too hard and maybe I am, but imo this dude puts in work and it's such a visual treat every time.
