I LOVE JOJO

Regarding the Boss's name, Diavolo obviously translates from Italian as "devil." But the name Dio translates from Italian as "god." So we have the son of a god, Giorno, versus the devil.

I LOVE JOJO

Oh yeah, Cioccolata, one of the most vile and badass villains in JoJo. Speaking of which, Araki originally planned for Fugo to return and fight the Bucciarati gang. But at the time, Araki was pretty depressed, and one of his editors or friends—I don't remember exactly—talked him out of it. That's how Cioccolata was created.

It really amuses me that one of the most vile, horrendous Stand users to ever exist has his named after Green Day

The Coliseum in part 2 was located in Switzerland, Skeleton Heel, near Piz Bernina.

I will expand on Araki's specific philosophy after the part has concluded, but Ciocollatta and Secco stand out so much for a reason. The Hitman Team were the complete opposite of these guys. They were fighting against the harsh reality Fate had dealt them, and had true, trustworthy bonds with their teammates. Ciocollata and Secco seem to be pure evil. These two are characters that go against Araki's entire philosophy. Again, I will expand on this after the part ends

Jojo's is deep man.. 27:23 Wonderful point. Adding more evidence to the fact that Dio was not PURE evil. In a way he was similar to the Hitman Team, trying to fight against Fate by trying to overcome the Joestar curse which Fate had thrust upon him. He wasn't doing things for "shits and giggles" just to be evil. His abusive Father also played a role in his unstable behaviour and inability to trust others. In fact none of the major antags of the parts so far were pure evil. I feel like all were trying to fight against Fate in their own ways. Dio, as I mentioned, but also Kars too. Kars tried to overcome his clan's weaknesses of Sunlight. But that weakness was a sad but harsh fact of his harsh reality. Kars was fighting against Fate by trying to overcome the weakness of the sunlight that had been set in stone for him. Kira was trying to overcome the sad but harsh truth of the fact that he was naturally born with the desire to kill women. That was a desire that was rooted in him - it was set in stone. Him trying to overcome his innate desires was him fighting against Fate. But Ciocolatta is just pure evil. There is no earnest goal in all this. He does what he does because he simply enjoys it. There is no grand purpose. He's just a piece of shit. And I think that's really interesting and important that Araki decided to make him such, as we move towards the end of Part 5

seems like they made the bust soft with Spice Girl too when Trish squeezed it, so it should be indestructible
