Buccelati bleeding as he bit his lip is probably to show how much he was hurting at Abacchio's death. '' so much even his dead body bled ''. It's also possible his 'dying' body had blood flowing in some parts.

Fabulous

The reason this episode feels so peak is that we’re not only getting amazing fights, but we’re also getting answers and seeing the plot move forward. In many other episodes, the story barely progresses because they’re almost entirely focused on the fights. This episode balances both action and story progression, which is what makes it stand out.

Buccelati can "bleed" but not like a living person, he has some blood in his body but it's not pumping at all, so injuries leave him hardly bleeding if it all, whatever blood is in that specific spot will spill a little but not enough to keep flowing
