The misdirection with the gravestones started with Momo's age and the reveal of Oden's grave as we've been told Oden died 20 years ago, yet his grave is as ruined as Momo's. Meaning there's something more going on. Law was just trolling Luffy tho😂.

This really shook the community when this was revealed in the manga. Not in our wildest imaginations would we ever consider 'time travel' to be used in oda's story, but here we are. It had alot of people concerned and dreading rather or not oda could handle it properly without destroying his entire universe.

When the grave reveal happened there was a lot of theories around about what's actually going on The ghosts/undead one being one of them. Tho i didn't think it matched with how we've been interacting with them this whole time. If an ability like that existed it would be insane if applied to more.

The first time I was watching it I didn't think they could have simply "faked their death" because the timeline didn't add up. You're already supposed to think they disappeared and reappeared again. So yeah they kinda got me here.

Time travel in the future is not that controversial and also not very complicated. You run into issues when it comes to travelling into the past. Time travelling as a whole is not a issue.

There have been a couple instances of "magic" already, Miss Goldenweek controlled Luffy in Little Garden with "magic" paint, not a devil fruit. Jango the hypnotist introduced in Syrup Village ate a "magic" mushroom that then grew out of his chin and gave him hypnotism powers, which sounds like a devil fruit but apparently isn't. There could be more that I'm forgetting but, those are the two big ones that come to mind for me.
