Sanji Joestar

Fun Fact, That's Holdem's father lol, his name is Norinosuke. He's kind of a shaman here.

ideo

Ashura Doji was 15 btw🤣🤣

Sanji Joestar

Who's ready to follow Oden to the ends of the earth ? 🖐🏾

100Rainy

Don't feel too bad about the giant boar guys, it literally gets stitched back together and survives in the manga. Not even joking.

Sanji Joestar

Oh right The anime doesn't show that for some reason The explanation was that the mountain boar was cut so clean his body could be reattached easily lol.

BOLDcast

Literally no way this is real

klairvoyage

LMAOOOOO He's gonna Edo Tensei Ace for the final war, ain't he😭

myridiann

Lindsay dont be sad 😭 boar is alive

Oussama Essamadi

They are supposed to be teens lol. I guess if you’re drinking snake blood like apple juice then you’re bound to look like a junkie 40 years old.

Oussama Essamadi

Yeah, guys, you’re not gonna believe this ahh explanation hahah.

klairvoyage

Prolly since most people primarily just wanted/expected Episode 0 & I mean we are still getting Uncuts And Strong World's pre-timeskip too (& doesn't feature any One Piece canon characters beyond the Strawhats; only Shiki), so maybe it's not as hyped as the post-TS movies #12-14 (Z, Gold & Stampede)

on1dino

It's way better than Gold and Stampede

2026-09-28 03:00 And yes it was the Kawamatsu breakout and posing-to-aura-farm episode (948) where she said it. "Kokoro wa onna" used to be the common way transwomen referred to themselves in JP since the 90s (there were only ambiguous umbrella terms before that afaik). Gen-Z, on the other hand, started using "toransujendaa" in the 2010s & then almost all of the queer community did so as well since ~2023, after the now-old term ended up being weaponized by anti-trans political campaigns, that exploited the implication of a "body/mind duality" of said phrase, to spark a bathroom-centered trans panic. This chapter came out in 2019 tho, so 4 years before all of that went down & the baggage it now carries.

Though ever since the 90s, only the 2nd half ("kokoro wa onna") remained in use, which is also what Kiku said. Younger Millenials & Gen-Z, on the other hand, queer or not, had already started using "toransujendaa" more commonly in the late 2010s & older folks in the queer community now do so as well (since ~2023), after the now-old term ended up being weaponized by anti-trans political campaigns, which exploited the implication of a "body/mind duality" of the original version of the phrase, to spark a bathroom-centered trans panic. LaDarius

Oden and his band of misfits. That's the OG Akazaya Nine

Murkou

Dont worry lindsay, mountain god was stitched together in the manga and survived lol edit: oh someone mentioned it already

Daniel Assis

Kiku is a trans woman. Chopper asks Kiku if she's a man, and she sums it up by saying she's a woman at heart—that's what she meant. Anyways, you guys don't seem to remember him, but you definitely know her brother, Izo, haha.

Skele

Yes Kiku is actually Trans, and Izo her big brother is a cross dresser

testlunch

Is the idea that Ashura Doji is drinking the blood with alcohol? Cus that kinda sounds like something some crazed mountain bandit/gang leader would do just to look hard lol.
