This isn't a series we're starting, we've both already seen it. We were just getting ready to record for the day and I put this on while we did a test recording

I loved nhk

BOLDcast

i've listened to the music so much that when i got back to watch the show, I just get interrupted by the vibing, and it distracts the shit out of me lol for a low budget random seasonal anime from the 2000s, the soundtrack is just chill punk rock and blues, perfect for background music, but its just so damn good. Like its rememberable even if its not sawano or akira senju or something from that period. It could have been for any show but its so so so good

beannie

Hooooly peak, haven’t heard about this show in years!! The vibes are so immaculate and the mc is so underrated tbh

Mo za

You're making me wanna binge it lol

I really gotta watch this, been meaning to forever. By the way, I just finished watching False Memory, a 7 episode chinese anime. The beginning can be a bit confusing, but slowly putting all the pieces together is fun, the character writing (especially in later episodes) is amazing and the direction and animation is unmatched in both quality and creativity. It's extremely beautiful and the themes really hit hard if you ever felt lost in life.

Purupuru pururin, Pururin Purupuru pururin Puru Pururin Purupuru pururin Pururin (Classic show, best of the best)

Gamemetrician

I haven't watched this reaction yet. But I have to say, even after like 10 years, this is in my top 5 fav anime, literally changed my life for the better in some ways. I feel this anime (and by the extension the ln) has a lot to say and give. Puzzle is also a great OP. +1 to Carson.

Remi

this show is important to me

Claudius White

Got excited for a moment. New reactions to shows like Welcome to the NHK and Clannad is like spotting a unicorn.

Sondre

its my favorite too

Nicolas LeBlanc

3 minutes in and now I know why Carson has a nun costume.

Artemis

God damn the music is amazing in this show. Reminds me of cowboy bebop.

The English dubs were so solid back in these days. There is so much cultural diversity and range. I miss when you can get characters with various accents and from different nationalities doing voice work. To this day i will stand and defend ADV's evangelion and not the netflix version.
