Haccha is one of the Numbers. His name indicates the number 8. Remember an earlier scene when Apoo arrived in Wano? Some gigantic horrifying figures were walking with him. And during Queen's concert some of them were also seen and introduced to the crowd.

True. It's described as Supreme Commander or Captain etc too It's just different ways of describing the positions since in his case he's at the top of an empire/fleet with a particular structure like other emperors. Blackbeard being the Commodore, Shanks the Chief etc

I’ve never seen anyone say they like Apoo. As for Hawkins, there’s the occasional weirdo who actually likes him. They are definitely the two worst characters from the Worst Generation, and that’s saying something, considering we’ve barely seen anything of Urouge the monk.

Honestly It depends on the level of trivia. The more relevant ones we try to include when they do stuff like Cover Stories etc. This is just a what if scenario. I'd say to leave that to mods just so everyone doesn't start throwing facts at the same time, but it's also not really a rule. Just be mindful. (I'd recommend editing yours to not mention that part.)

Urouge at least has a menacing design. Not sure what it is, maybe the smile, but I remember when he was introduced I thought he looked like a real problem. Might also be the "the Monk" title. Any guy that looks like that and is called the monk gotta be crazy.

I get it, I was never a fan of Apoo. His design was always too much, and as far as music goes, I could do without the rap. I do think it has to do with spending the time to learn who he actually is, in a similar vein that showing the monster too early in a horror movie takes away some of the mystique around what it COULD be.
