so im a little confused, i followed and loved the game on itch.io and am glad to see its still allive, but i was under the impression it was all in the new art style? is this the case or does it need to be completly remade? i just ask this as i noticed the alpha was the one from 2024, keep up the good work

Yeah, the new art style is the direction the project is moving toward, but at the moment it only shows up in the latest scenes. I actually developed that whole technique specifically so the game wouldn’t depend on having a dedicated 2D artist working long-term anymore (turns out no one was crazy enough to accept 😄), but it took me almost a year to get the formula looking good enough to use in production. As soon as I started getting renders I was happy with, I wrapped up the first batch and posted this update to share the good news with you guys. The plan going forward is to gradually release both brand-new content and remade older scenes in this new style until eventually the entire game is converted over. The reason the title screen still says “2024” is simply because I haven’t touched that part since then yet 😄 It’ll get remade too eventually. And thanks a lot for following the project and sticking around, I really appreciate it! Your support means a lot!
