Lets try this again.

Now that the movies have made us experts on the source material, lets see if they get it right in Percy Jackson and the Olympians! This Disney+ series apparently has the author of the books on board, so Micah & I are hopeful we’ll finally understand why everyone is so dang passionate about this demigod.

I feel so bad about the ‘shut the fuck up’ comment now. Y’all are awesome

Zach Mueller

Laughed to tears at when you’re referencing dumbledor actors and you say “both of em dead” so matter of factly

Cameron

I'm so shocked but happy that you recognized Timothy Omundson!! I really love getting to see him be Hephaestus, especially because Hephaestus is canonically disabled (I think he has a lame foot or something in mythology), so it's great to see Timothy get to be that sort of represenation. I can't tell you how fun it is to watch these tracks and see you guys enjoying the show so far. I'm a content creator and I cover a lot of Percy Jackson stuff, and there's a handful of people out there praising the movies, saying they're better than the show, and saying the show has awful writing etc etc, so I was slightly worried you guys would fall into that crowd. Very happy to be proven wrong!! I've been a long time patreon member, so I'm no stranger to watching tracks of my favorite things and watching you dislike it (the hunger games for example, still some of my favorite tracks though!) but it's really nice to see you two enjoying yourselves. Can't wait to watch you finish the series!

YES I don't know how the hell some people are saying the MOVIES are better then the show! Have they not re-read the books lol. Like the movies are sooo far away from anything with the books. I mean the 1st film is fine but its nothing like the book!

Emily

Lin in the next episode be like: I am not throwing away my bolt... (I've only listened to 2 Hamilton songs)

Gillian

I've seen Night at the Roxbury one time in my life about 14 years ago on a bus trip to a sports tournament where I was in the middle of reading the Percy Jackson series for the first time, and when What is Love? started playing in the tunnel, I literally have never had such a Deja vu and "How is this possible?" moment in my life.

Olivia Kurima

Yes! I had no idea if either of you would recognize Timothy Omundson or not! Love the Psych shout out!

Mel

im crying laughing at the highway to hell joke every single time

Dystopian Wolf Studios

The best part of Cuck Thanos is he's so petty that when Death wanted Deadpool to rattle her bones, Thanos made Deadpool immortal so he could meat death anymore 💀

Abby Mason

The WHEEZE that left my body when you sang Highway To Hell and they are pathetically walking.... I don't know if I'll ever be the same

Abby Mason

Also tell Micah he is absolutely right in saying Hephaestus looks like Travis McElroy in five to ten years.

Hearing Eric talk about Thanos and Death in this made me flashback to the first PMI video I ever watched. After I finished the movie I googled “who was the purple guy at the end of the avengers?” Been subscribed ever since.

I love them wondering if percy and annabeth get together not knowing that percabeth is the literally greatest love story of all time
