Lets try this again.

Now that the movies have made us experts on the source material, lets see if they get it right in Percy Jackson and the Olympians! This Disney+ series apparently has the author of the books on board, so Micah & I are hopeful we’ll finally understand why everyone is so dang passionate about this demigod.

Don't worry, you guys weren't the only ones expecting Lin to make the episode a musical episode!! A lot of fans have been predicting that since he got casted. I'm a little glad he didn't though, I really enjoyed seeing a more "serious actor" side of him, and I hope they continue to keep him casted as Hermes throughout the whole series! And Eric, nice catch with all the cars from different decades in the garage!! Can't wait to watch you finish the show tomorrow! These tracks have been a blast to watch, genuinely.

this show is surprisingly good for Disney+ but man its just missing the Chris Columbus SAUCE. the show just feels so mellow or just like restrained idk.

This is my view. This series, while interesting, has the sense of an author who is unsure what to take out and what to leave in while adapting his own work. The characters are also too smart for the show's purposes, which removes a lot of tension. However, I haven't read the books so maybe it's perfectly in character for these kids to figure everything out instantly.

Tonally it fits with the books, they tend to figure things out like this imo.

eric's comments on grover's weird looking pant legs reminds me of "noah schnapp and his little pants" from the stranger things 4 tracks

Vince Dualan

was on the edge of my seat waiting for a song but alas

“Memory shit freaks me out” wait till they find out about the plot of the second series

Eric making the "what if pan jerked off" joke every time they say that name and forgetting he already did that bit is so funny to me
