In 2015 I decided to step up my workshop game. I booked Zoi and arranged a somewhat ambitious workshop in a fantastic studio apartment by the harbor.

And obviously, I also arranged to have some time to shoot with Zoi on the side.

All the images above er natural light, sometimes shaped by some Five-in-one Silver, white or black reflectors, with the only exception being the shower images for which I needed to use a flash. From memory, it was an Opteka fold-out Beauty-dish, but could also have been a 60cm white umbrella.

I shot the last real image (with the dark blue sky) with my brand new Lomo Petzval 85mm as I wanted to have something with a freaky bokeh.

And in case you wonder about the night pictures: The workshop was in November, and dusk set in around 4.30 PM.

These days my workshops are exclusively Livestream due to Covid-19. But there are some advantages to that too...

Mini quiz: On the very last image, there is a bunch of cameras. Try to guess which two are mine?

Enjoy
