This is a 1,5m BTS video from the backlit scene at the hotel. As you can see, you can get wonderful light by merely having a backlit curtain. Adding a bit of reflection from the sides also helps get the light around the body.

The closer the body is to the curtain, the better it will work.

And if you can arrange a curtain, it is one of the most straightforward sets you can build in a studio, and as the curtain is both a background and a light source, you can get away with having the light source in the frame.
