Thank you all for coming back this month to snag the second of the Viking Pair. I have also added a short broadsword and hope to add more as time allows down the line. She was fun to color, but I did many test prints in various multicolor PLA and had to come back to my old favorite TTYT3D Fast changing Rainbow for the main image. It photographs and prints beautifully. 

My son says she "looks fierce," and I have to agree. It is always a unique challenge to try and bring out a personality in a model. Especially when it has no eyes and mouth, hahaha. I hope you enjoy printing this design, and for those that haven't seen my recommendations:

- 15% infill- .12 layer height for solids and .16 or lower for colors- 3 walls and no supports

She looks related to Hagar the Horrible. 😄 Yeah I'm that old. How old am I? I'm so old that I used to read comics in the newspaper (that I delivered every morning on my bike). 😲🙃 Beautiful model, especially in multiple colors! I'm looking forward to printing her once I finish assembling a filament winder that has become my white whale.

Yes. The weapons can be used as long as you scale them the same as the model.

My wife and I often paint the models. Some of my older ones have several images to reference. I spray with matte filler primer and then use acrylic model paint, then finish with polyurethane spray.

Oh, and the pictures are printed models on the Bambu Carbon X1. These are not hand painted.

Is the sword the same as the dagger for the skeleton knight?? I thought I saw you say it was somewhere when you released the first viking gnome. Awesome job!!

The dagger should fit, yes. But for the Viking Princess, I made a short sword. It is with her in the stl.

Any tips on printing her faster? I just got my first AMS and it's been over 40 hours and she's still printing...loaded up your 3mf file and used its settings.

So the 3mf file I provide doesn't save settings. But a four color prints will take a lot of time I am afraid. You can recolor with just 2 colors. That should help a bit
