Italy references - Week 7 (Patreon)

Good morning everyone! ☀️

We're going to Italy this week! I chose some minimalistic references this time. It always helps me to loosen up and experiment a bit with textures and shapes. In the last weeks, I have also challenged myself to draw without making a sketch first. I think it's great to try it with these images as well! I also chose one image with a woman in it. I really wanted to try drawing people in my style, so this is definitely a challenge for me as well! 😊

I figured out that drawing all 5 reference images each week is sometimes harder than I thought. Also, because I have my other job as a nurse, sometimes there isn't enough time in a week to draw so many references. I figured you might have the same struggle.

So I decided that I want these pictures to be an inspiration for everyone to draw from. You can just choose which images you want to draw and which you don't. Feel free to interpret them in your own way and let your creativity flow! Whether you complete one piece or all five, the goal is to enjoy the process and find joy in your art. 🤗

I've also decided to take a more relaxed approach myself. I may not draw all the reference images every week and will post only those I manage to complete. This way, we can all enjoy the process without feeling overwhelmed.
