Final illustrations Norway - Waterfalls (December references, week 51) (Patreon)
Content
Good morning everyone! 🤗
Last week we had only waterfall references, one of the hardest things to draw. But with practice it becomes easier and easier. I hope you all experienced that!
First the base layer of one of the waterfalls. As you can see I kept the area of the waterfall completely blank. I will only draw a few lines later on to show that the waterfall is moving.
Later on I decided to mark some shadow areas in the waterfall with my sky blue Tombow. To make the darker parts of the stones darker, I added my dark indigo on top of the dark brown pencil.
The one with the house was one of my favorites of this month! I loved to draw the house and it came together so beautifully with the greenery and the waterfall in the back!!
