I seriously warred over this one for so long. I think they'd probably drop hints about it or make it an ongoing thing in streams and outside of streaming to comment/hint about it, and eventually Ever would wear Arseni down. But the subscription cost would be high enough to keep out most trolls/casuals, and they'd definitely need a mod to handle comments for all the above reasons others have said.

I know this is not real world, but if we are looking at things from that perspective, there is a better option if they wanted a different route and hopefully someone would have stumbled upon it to tell them. There is a site called Joystick.tv. It would let them continue to stream video games, but would allow them to add all the naughty bits they would like including the option to tip for things and goals for other things. And it would allow for them to post items too including vods, pics, etc.
