"These folks are serious news. I hear that if your late on protection money, they don’t just kill ya. A harpy’ll deafen you, a kobold poisons you, a madusa turns you to stone, and then a minotaur smashes you to tiny pieces.”

Throughout the month of January, we're releasing various maps from The Cogs: the dense network of service tunnels, lava flows, and makeshift communities underneath the city streets of Sharn. Many crime syndicates have a presence in the Cogs, but one of the most fears is the Daask: an organization comprised entirely of the monstrous and the dangerous. Today’s map of their Cogs regional headquarters.

There are 4 map variants for The Cogs, including radioactive fallout, classic dungeon style, and two different manifest zones: an invasion from the Realm of Ice and an invasion from the Faerie Court. Click here to become a Patron for $2 and get all the Patreon-exclusive variants.

Get ready to take a swim and watch out for hidden threats as, next time, we take a look at the flooded hallways of The Cogs.

Enjoy!

There is a formatting issue with the this map, it doesn't line up with the others by about half a square, check the gridded version to confirm

I just checked out the map. I assume your referring to how this map lines up with the bottom of the Gears map? Yeah, there's about an extra half inch on the top of this map (as well as the other two maps that make up the bottom row). That's due to one of the bottom maps needing a little extra room to communicate where a hallway is heading. That extra half inch is overlap. If you put the Gears in a layer above the Daask Outpost, you can slide the bottom of the Gears down over that extra half inch and it matches up perfectly (also removing the extra half inch from the Daask map does the trick). Is that what you're referring to or is it something else that I'm not seeing?

That is what I am referring to, but that half inch is hard to line up in a VTT, especially since noe of the Cogs maps have listed sizes for easy reference. VTTs play best with maps that end exactly on grid lines
