That bald guy who arm wrestles Mr. C is Derek Mears. He played Jason Vorhees in Friday the 13th and the Predator. Also the alien in signs. Dudes always playing horror characters or big heavies in movies.

For anyone who's lost track of all the names: Philip Jeffries is David Bowie's character from FWWM. Doppel-Coop was also in contact with him (or was it really him?) in the early episodes.

Yours truly, Johnny Dollar

There is a behind the scenes reason why Sherilyn Fenn's (Audrey) scenes feel so disconnected. When she saw her original part she was upset at how small it was and ultimately responded by loudly declaring David Lynch was a misogynist on social media and attempted a public pressure campaign. Lynch just cut her part moved on, but much later in the show's development she pleaded with Lynch to include her in the show in some way and this is what he came up with.
