I like how even though the centaurs have the most similar sex system to humans they still turn a lot of typical gender dynamics on their head, with the entourage kind of being like a reverse harem. And how their vigilant birth control practices probably results in homosexual relationships being pretty normalized! Every detail of these sophont cultures feels so well-thought out and cohesive.
