I wonder if we'll still need to heat-shrink cable sleeves - maybe wraps will be self shrinking? Put them around the wires, tap them three times with your wrench, no special tools required, and they shrink themselves. That would be so nice. It's such a pain to need a heat gun...though they are great for defrosting an old refrigerator. PS: Detail in your drawings is mindblowingly amazing.
