Clearly cranking it through each cylinder to get any settling oil out. Seriously though, does it need to be cranked to have the electric power to start or what? Not sure what's going on...

wouldn't be surprised it is mostly for show. The issue is, the track there is too small for the Panther, so not much to do than drive back and forth, not around like the rest of the vehicles.
