I can understand brocks disdain about the match but dean wanting to kick out of multiple f5s is also a horrible idea too. Def was a horrible match but I think Dean also was pitching kinda dumb crap too. I mean, look at what we see mox do in aew and he pitches and does crap no one else would.

I Believe Tatanka was suppose to get an entrance for the Battle Royal but he got confused, saw the lads going out for the battle royal and thought he was meant to go with them. Also the Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders are their because i believe if you run a show in that venue you have to use the cheerleaders in some way, that is why the cheerleaders are in Pat Mcafee's entrance at mania 38

funnily enough this Wrestlemania actually got me back into wrestling after a 5 year on off time idk why! i guess i just brought wwe2k15 for 5 bucks and was like eh i might start watching again. i also think youtubers like whatculture, wrestling with wregret and eventually you guys also helped me stick around cause good god i would not of kept keeping up with wwe if it wasn't for you guys raw reviews lol

I don’t care what anyone says, this is the worst Mania by far. Even the good things have issues. The IC Ladder match is great and Ryder winning was a great surprise, but he loses it the next night so what’s the point. I love the Women’s Triple Threat but I don’t like the finish and I think Sasha should have won.

I have recently started rewatching all the wrestlemanias leading up to 41. Good god this era of wrestlemanias being 5+ hours long is just insufferable, starting to think that Vince’s best creation was actually the 2 night wrestlemania

I think it was Road Dogg actually being decent in this instance in that Ryder went to him when they were deciding Neville's replacement and he mentioned that bit about never hearing his music at Mania. RD then stuck up for him and got him in the match, perhaps even helped decide he would win it.

Triple H not being the best but has given us a lot of great booking in NXT and now the main roster (don’t get me wrong he’s not perfect at booking) feels akin to a backup or solid starter being a great coach. They understand greatness and can highlight your stars. The only thing is he thinks he’s one of those greats

This as close as I’ll ever get to rewatching this Mania. I just can’t be asked to watch 32 ever again. The more I think about this show the more it pisses me off. Also, Sheamus holds the belt for a month after Survivor Series and loses it back to Roman on the Raw after TLC 2015. I only vividly remember that because I was ringside for that Raw since it was in Philly

First time commenting on one of these, but I just had to share my internal chuckle at one point. When Byron says that it's 'an unforgettable moment' to the HBK, Cactus and Stone Cold bit, I laughed as I have ZERO memory of this moment happening. I remember the booty o's entrance, but zero memory that they faced the league of nations or even that the legends beat them down 😂

I think I see what Luke's getting at regarding Trips' uneven 'Mania main events: if you need someone that can wrestle anyone to a good match to have a great match, you're not as good as them. The fact that Trips only has great matches with people who have great matches with anyone (and the Undertaker) tells me that Luke's right: he CAN have great matches, but when it's the kind of match he wants to have? He never got to that point.

Fun little tidbit: I work at the stadium in Philly that Mania XL was held. At some point during the week leading up to the show, I was walking around the concourse of the stadium & happened to see the giant ROCK letters sitting out in a hallway. Obviously they never ended up being used, but there must’ve been at least some consideration to having Rocky bust out the flamethrower again last year lol.

Everyone in America calls Arlington Dallas. We also say MetLife stadium is in New York when it is in fact in New Jersey. Anaheim is the same we just call it SF. All big cities in America have smaller communities around them with different names but that’s the only difference. I’ve noticed you English folk have made that mistake MANY times so I just thought I could clear it up for you!

As far as that brock/dean match.....I see that as Brock just being a lazy fuck not wanting to be hurt in a hard-core match and, like yall said, would be into it as long as there was something for him like a title (which he won't ever be around for the reign most of the time) as if he wasn't already getting a big ass payday. I can't stand that man ESPECIALLY now.

1:59:58 the "Hey, we want some New Day" chant is different from the Bayley one. It's based on "Hey, We Want Some P*ssay!" By Two Live Crew, and its a chant Big-E did occasionally at this time, presumably amusing himself at getting something passed the censors. 🩷

There were some pretty good moments in this mania, but I was watching this in the UK live and definitely fell asleep in the entrances for the main event and stayed asleep until the show recap 😂
