Matthew bardales

A little over a week into the story and I’m already sick of the masked man for it to only be theory

Wheels

Is it just me or is the masked man storyline feel like a 2K storyline not as exciting as I had hoped. But put the title on breakker now

Dylan Campbell

I have been really enjoying raw as of late but this one had me scrolling socials a lot I didn’t want to believe it but we are definitely back on the treadmill unit rumble season with all the stars gone, just like that no punk, cena,Seth,Roman,Brock and you can feel it.

Bob

Evening gents, I hate to say it but Logan is growing on me, he’s just such a natural all around, he’s got the small things down like a 30 year vet. Brons promo was awesome and he’s not wrong at all, Punk feels like he’s been missing that edge in his promos since he left AEW. Hopefully he cuts a viscous promo whenever he comes back. Very little build for Saturday but very excited, Gunther’s going to bury John. Loving the Aces&8s series!!! Pumped for the invasion!Steiner Maths>

AZIZ

Overall a confusing ahh episode. Idk if I liked it or not. I enjoyed Gunther and breaker’s promos, the matches were pretty good, nothing awful, but what was the point of LA Knight being a part of this episode? If they wanted to write him off, him tapping to Gunther wasn’t enough? they really needed him to get his ass whipped by the vision, Idk seems weird to me.

FellasInn

I feel like WWE has once again hit that low for me.. Bron's promo was good and the USO back in the tag division is fine but NOTHING WITH DOM and Bayley's crazed persona are just gone....And they seemed to drop everything with Jey unless he is gonna turn heel on his brother , and that ending just felt so rushed...LA Knight stocks are so damn low, its not even funny....

Natalie Andromeda

Right when it felt like LA Knight was getting out of the pit of doom and despair. I don’t know if the main event started too early or if LA Knight is getting written off but the post match beatdown kinda crushed the last of my hope for Knight

Jacob Wray

I turned this show on half way through to nikki bella and her heel boobs getting buried (thank the lord), and show just felt flat, no top stars and the final ten minutes felt like a set up for someone to come out or a reveal for something but no just another beat down. Also It might just be the fact it is 3AM and me not wearing my glasses deceiving me but there is no way that was the same masked guy as survivor series. From what i’ve seen on socials though Gunthers promo seemed really good and i’m very excited for the show on saturday , Obafemenists will rise and the fellow yorkshire man leon slater will shine.

David Daul

Well this was certainly an episode of Raw. This was an hour from home for me and I'm glad I decided to not spend hundreds of dollars to go.

Figment

Overall it was an ok show. That ending was just awkward. They wanted the focus to be on Bron (who cut a very Brock-esque promo) but the ending was focused on Knight, Paul & Reed. It's like Bron's promo was interrupted by his own group. And Bron's line about stealing Punk's wife made Heyman almost break. He had to hide his face after that one.

Sedin Magic15

This was....an episode of raw. Clearly they're just dragging things out until we get to January and the start of Wrestlemania season. It's a 70% from me

Brandon

this was a confusing episode. I liked a good amount of the stuff on it (Bron and Gunthers promos, Kairi/Iyo, Rox/Lyra and the usos finally being in the tag division) but everything felt timed off. segments either went longer then they should have (that ending angle) or were too short (the Stephanie/Raquel "face-off"). it left me confused at the end of the episode more then worried or excited (though I do like being reminded of the Bron/Braun feud with the car tsunami). best thing about the show was making Leon/Je'von vs Dragons with Smiles official for SNME guaranteeing that show to have the best WWE card of the year

Jay Olivier

Hey lads, been watching for years and this channel has brought me out of some tough times. And yes, as Luke pointed out from the autocorrect to “USO” in my last comment, I am on a mobile device. And my last name is not “oliver” it’s pronounced kinda like “olive-yay” because I am, unfortunately, French. Keep up the great work as always lads, this show will continue to be the only way I keep up with my weekly wrestling

Mohammed Albanai

LA knight really shouldn't have grabbed that sign

Henry Riley-Edwards

Another not very good episode of RAW, I’m enjoying the women’s tag division but it’s left no challengers for Vaquer. In hindsight do you think Iyo should’ve beat Vaquer to become champion as she had an inbuilt story line with the kabuki warriors? So far the belt on Stephanie has felt like a prop.

Apesh 07

Gotta give it to WWE, whenever they’re in a crisis, they just need to rely on NXT. Should be a good show this Saturday.

Lily Petal

This felt like today's episode of Monday Night Wars with the tw.o of you and Dan. You are past the PLE event and so your next couple of episodes will be letting injured stars rest up to rebuild their stamina and trying to get a level 1 feud started! There were some bright spots on RAW but overall it was a show. 60% for me. JamThatJam!

Godzilladreamer

I'm not interested in the Uso tag run purely cause it feels like we're leading up towards Jimmy vs Jey 2. I don't see this run lasting past Chamber. And if it does, it's a failure of the Jey Uso storyline that they've been starting and stopping these last few months.

Brent

With all the top women stars being in the women's tag division, both of the top women's champions are kinda midcard. Jade is forced to mingle with B-Fab and Michin while Stephanie Vaquer gets Nikki and Raquel. I thought Vaquer was going to feud with Liv next and when Raquel show up instead, I felt it was odd. But luckily, Liv did ask Raquel why she's going after the title when clearly Liv wanted the title while Raquel and Roxanne take the tag titles.

Don

Not Raw related but with Netflix buying Warner Brothers what does this mean for AEW? Surely WWE will have something to say if AEW starts being shown on Netflix as well or does AEW have to find a new home now?

Peter Siddorn

It's telling how forgettable RAW was that the only thing I remember is that we getting Slater & Je'Von Evans against AJ and Dragon Lee at SNME in what hopefully is a banger match. Also calling it now SNME ends with Triple H coming out to tell Cena he going into the HOF.

Chris Smith

I was watching some old comic book movies when I noticed a QR code in the background of a crowd shot. At first it was only on screen for a few seconds, but in later movies, it started appearing more prominently. Usually playing a security guard, postman or bus driver. They even started giving it dialogue, like when it was turned away from attending a superhero’s wedding. Anyway I finally paused and scanned the QR code. But it didn’t take me to Wrestletalks YouTube page, but Cutscene on Patreon, where Luke and Oli review bad comic book movies - and occasionally reference this Wrestletalk side project.

Jack McEwen-Quy

First time seeing a masked man where I'm desperately checking out their ass to figure out who it is.

Andrew the Last Airbender

Do we think that multiple people are portraying the masked man to keep everyone guessing, or will the reveal actually be that there are multiple attackers?

Jacob Smith

Not a RAW comment, but a confession I have to make to Oli. With 2025 making it easier than ever for a Brit like me to consume ALL THE WWE, my wife and I have been hooked into the weekly TV and every PLE. She is an avid fan, but unlike me not a WrestleTalk viewer. Which means I have shameless been able to take Oli's bits from the news, pass them off as my own, and train my wife into automatically perform the call and response. Highlights include screaming "HE'S GOT AN IGUANA" at the mere mention of Mr Iguana, or the latest addition of anytime we're fantasy booking or planning what to do just emphatically stating "It should always be Penta." Thanks for the material Oli, I probably owe you a beer.

slateyplaysgames

Watching Raw hasn't been the same since my dad passed away earlier this year, I find myself skipping through more of the show each week and always look forward to hearing your guys review more than watching the weekly product at the moment, keep up the great work!

Vic Cutting

hey guys, long term listener here, i just wish wwe commited to some REAL graps and had john cena wrestle triple h in a "winner gets to run wwe" match, with run ins and interference and bryan danielson is there.

Neil Sutton

In all the Mania ‘main event’ discussions you’ve been having recently, Gunther’s name hasn’t come up at all. Wouldn’t it be sadly fitting for Cena’s awful retirement storyline to end with a victory for Gunther which means nothing in the long term?

RealDoubleJ

Love that the Joker Bayley Sting persona may have been explained in the opening of the show if your eagle eyes caught it. Lyra accidentally had her coffee by mistake and judging by her reaction, Bayley is pulling a Scott Hall at work. Would explain her constant mood shifts and emotional sensitivity

Homerstar

Am I the only one who’s annoyed that they’ve seemingly dropped the Kairi Sane conflicted angle. It made her team with Asuka so interesting and it would have been an amazing moment when she finally stands up to Asuka. But now it seems she’s just a heel. Knowing this company they’ll probably remember this gimmick in about 6 months and just act like this story has been ongoing since then.

Vikrish-Ingi

Humble Hurst Helmsley has clearly been reading the comments. Jey back in tag divison JD developing Bron doing promos Gunther adding a story to LTIN tournament Logan Paul in the Vision story been added. The Masked Man. Tag Titles been defended LA Knight in main event . Then been destroyed ofc because he held up a sign. Im enjoying raw more now the older wrestlers are gone. Most important is Deadline was the best PLE this year IMO. Out with the old in with the new please. Get rid of Nikki first

Chris deaton

So glad they are doing Jevon and Leon vs AJ and dragon Lee. I’ve wanted it ever since Cena said it’d be nxt vs main roster.

james knight

As sure as I am that the masked man will just end up being theory and he's part of the vision is it on the table that the masked man is actually working with Logan and Logan is just with the vision so he has backup for now until he turns on them and him and the masked man are their own unit. I mean it was set up before wargames the Logan wanted punk so his guy attacks punk and now in his next appearance he just got involved helping Logan

Liam

The best thing about Heyman being with Breakker is he gets to go "Brrr" twice when he introduces him

Siyabonga Mabena

It was surely an episode of Raw. Didn't mind it at all. Why is Nikki Bella still on my screen in 2025? I love that Triple H is planting the seeds of a Judgement Day breakup(eye roll). Hello masked man, nice, seeing you 1 week late. 3/5 show. Jam that Jam. Side Note: There was a point during Lyra's promo where she said that Liv targeted her because she beat her for the tag team titles. Didn't Liv and Raquel win the titles immediately afterwards?🤣

Gareth Jones

Helloooo and welcome to the wrestleecho podcast!! Whatever that software is causing it needs dropkicking

Adele A. Lugosi

I think that WWE might want to tunnel on Raquel vs Stephanie, because Liv and Dom will enter the mix tag scene.

Joseph Machado

Leave it to WWE to take interesting ideas and fail to see them through for the sake of the status quo. As cringe as it may be, I am genuinely curious what a WWE Jericho led stable of midcard talent "kept out of the main event scene" would look like against Paul Heyman's Vision for the future of WWE. Between Theory, Ford, maybe a returning Chad Gable, there's plenty of mid card talent that haven't gotten the push that parts of the fanbase have wanted.
