I'm surprised to see so many people hating on war raiders getting killed by oba. Where were these people when Brock killed the Hardys lol. I think it was an excellent segment and made oba femi look like a monster. Also Gunther doing the AJ entrance was amazing

I personally thought raw was fine with a fantastic end, but why are they making bron sympathetic in a way because he keeps getting screwed so if it is the plan for Rollins vs breaker. Breaker does feel more Babyface especially with Rollins being an asshole leader and not letting breaker in with the plan about the fake injury. Also why are they making it sound like Adam is the only person who was in control of the rumble and checking Visa's wouldn't Nick Aldis also do that. I really hated the Bella's because 1 they suck and didn't make the womens division better but worse I mean look right before them and after both had better wrestling I literally can't name a good match with either bella. The most over thing about them is Daniel Bryan. I wasn't excited about Nikki so why in the flying fuck would I be excited to see her sister who is some how a worse promo and worse wrestler plus how are they the original women tag team when the original women tag titles debut in 1983, 25 years before they ever debut plus all of the women tag teams who won that title are better wrestlers. A fucking broom would be better than the Bella's, and now they're here going to ruin the best tag division they have and arguably the best thing that has been happening for a while.

Enjoyed the Raw after Rumble. Raquel vs Steph was mostly good but had some awkward pauses. I had no clue who was going to win until the very end. Oba Femi squashing the War Raiders was great. I was initially not a fan of Roman winning the Rumble but that Roman/Punk promo killed almost every negative emotion about it. So excited for that Mania match.

I got the feeling that this RAW was like a Jetlag episode 90% of this show could have been a Email That Gunther segment was fire and I love what an SOB he can be. For the QR code joke:So I ordered an Pizza for the Royal Rumble and when it arrived I noticed something weird. This wasn’t the pizza I ordered and all those toppings were placed in such a weird way it seems to resemble an QR code to this Podcast. So I called the pizza place and they apologized for the mistake they know I’m already an fan of the Podcast and this pizza should have been delivered to my neighbor to convince him to listen to this podcast

I would be more excited about that Punk/Roman promo if I didn't know it was the only build we're getting for that match till April and Finn is definitely getting a (Punk has to have a match in Chicago) title shot at chamber which feels almost more throw away than his Belfast shot. Fine post Rumble Raw, but Philly fans trying to get themselves over with the "E-A-G-L-E-S EAGLES!" chants took it down a peg, especially during the quiet Women's Title Match. Was honestly waiting for, but pleasantly surprised at the absence of, Rhea and Iyo evening the odds against Judgement Day.

So i just bought my first ever Wrestlemania tickets solely off of the back of Punk vs Roman. Punk has always been my 2nd favorite behind Danielson when i was a kid, and i cant pass up on my first wrestlemania having punk in the main event, im beyond stoked. That being said, i know my excitement is based off bias, because Bron and Oba were the FAR more exciting options, and Roman winning the world title does not sound interesting to me at all.

Figured out who the masked man is but I’ll get to that in a second. Roman and oba were the stand outs in this show for me, awesome beat down and awesome promo. I hate to see Bron further from the title picture than when the vision started. But I don’t think he’s being wasted as I’ve seen a bunch of people say. I do have a feeling that Liv and Stephanie have their roles reversed here. Liv's injury kept her from continuing her reign, having Vacquer win the Rumble, and win the title for the first time at Mania. That said, if, and it's a big *if*, that leads to Vacquer retaining and Judgement Day *finally* imploding, I'm good with that.

Thought this Raw was solid overall, Roman vs Punk is a big money feud with a great start, and I think the direction for Gunther is retiring Rey Mysterio at Mania

Personally thought this was one of the most apathetic raw shows I have ever seen. A Philly crowd that genuinely seemed uninterested and all of the superstars barely got any reaction at all. If you remove the main event segment as great as it was and it certainly was an excellent start for where this story between punk and Roman seems to be heading towards, it cannot overshadow just how poor of an episode this was

Gunther doing AJ’s entrance was kinda funny, but Dragon Lee being his next opponent feels like such a nothing fued. I know that Lee was teaming with AJ before he retired (which felt like such an afterthought in hindsight), but this doesn’t build momentum for Gunther. I just hope that this elevates Dragon Lee to be a singles wrestler at least. Also, the Roman and Punk promo segment was just fine. This is the most logical match to have, but it feels like a repeat of last year without Seth. This segment shows that the fued is going to better without Seth at least (which is just sad in hindsight).

Bro Breakker got properly shafted out of that world title picture. Even though it makes storyline sense, Im not into a Bron v Seth match at mania simple because of how they've handled Bron since he turned on Seth.

I thought the opening and closing segments of the show were really good. Everything in between, was broadly fine. And considering one of those things was a street fight for the women's world championship, I really shouldn't be saying that. But let's face it, when it comes to Stephanie Vaquer's title reign (say it with me Oli) they're bad at booking and they don't care!

I enjoyed the start with the Vision and the end with Punk and Roman. I am a bit more excited about WM than I was before RAW. I wish Raquel had won the title because it could have built layers of storyline within the Judgement Day. Maybe, finally, they would have broken up. But that didn't happen because, as Oli says HHH is bad at booking and does not care so *cracks open a Fosters* It's f*&%ing Rhiayd season.

Overall pretty mid episode of Raw, really thought they were pulling the trigger on Raquel. Oh well, at least Punk is likely to finally get the real main event now that he's got Roman.

I was really hoping Rachel was to going to be champion because it would have been more interesting if Rachel was champion and Liv declaring that she was going to fight Rachel at Wrestlemania. There's no way Liv would pick Jade. Even though the women's tag team scene has been great but it has come at the cost of both main women's titles. Stephanie should deserve better and hopefully her and Liv will finally give her a worthy feud of her talent. But again, I can easily see Stephanie being the third wheel while Rachel is feuding with Liv for all the stuff she has pull on her.

Good promo segment but I worry that Roman's lack of direction/development on the past two years will mean that he'll act as a sort of Bloodline vortex on the way to Mania for guys like the Usos and Sami Zayn in order to add spice to this feud.

I think we can for sure say that Smackdown is the better show at the moment. That 10 minute run that started with the Bella’s Promo into the Bert Kreischer ad SUCKED.

I have a big Triple H fan from back when he was in DX with Shawn. Loved it when he ran NXT. Great start with main roster even when it started to go downhill i defended him and said give him time but now even i cannot defend him and his booking anymore. Lets look at Today. The Vision are starting to look like the judgement day rather than the stable that runs raw. We just downgraded the hottest division(womens tag) by adding the bellas into it. Love Oba Femi but they just shat on the tag team div by him destroying erik n ivar and the usos coming out just so ppl can yeet and is as pointless as the belts they carry. Americanos segment was a great a pete dunnes spanish accent. The ever slow burn of the judgement day break up is the gift that keeps on giving. They sort of built balor up with his promo only to piss all over him by confirming the main event is Punk vs Reigns. No chance in hell Balor is gonna beat punk before that now. So why bother with Balor. The reason why NXT was so great is because their talent got called up and Trips had new shiny toys to play with every 6 months. So every thing always felt fresh. Now on the main roster with a more set roster after the first year he has no ability to rotate stars to make it seem fresh. Thats why the product is stale and lost. Trips needs to go and we need a change. He is making Wwe boring again.

Idk if it was the mics or me but this felt like the quietest Philly crowd I have ever heard. I was looking forward to seeing what Vaquer and Raquel could do and it felt like they did good but the crowd was just waiting for Liv to show up and the ending was pretty rough. Raquel had Vaquer in the perfect position for the Tacoma (Tejana) Bomb through the table but instead she climbed up top, got a partial 'I am the table' and lost. Overall mid show that could have been better if the crowd didn't seem asleep for a fair chunk of it

WWE continues its streak of Lazy booking (Not bad booking as you like to say) with a show where nothing of note happened and they are tell me to skip the end of Mania because I couldn't care less about Roman going for a world title in 2026.

I don’t know how to explain it but that Punk Roman segment felt like it had that 2024 golden era Mania build-up feel. Feels box office and must see. Hopefully Roman can keep up the weekly appearances (unlikely) and they can flesh out a great build to their match.

The beatdown of Dragon Lee makes me think that the next legend on Gunther's list may be Rey Mysterio. I know people have said that it should be Dom who retires him, but when your whole thing at the moment is ending people's careers, you can argue you should go with that instead.

Second of all I am thrilled to tell you I will be graduating to D.A.D status come April this year as me and my wife welcome into the world twins! What is going on with Bron? They seem to be doing everything they can to cool him off; he came across like a toddler throwing a tantrum he should have crushed the security in that opening segment. I want Chad Gabel back because this mirror match lucha stuff feels like a big step back. Oba Femi looked incredible, but I did feel bad for the Viking Raiders. Expect Liv to do something similar on SmackDown so that they can string out which belt she's going for. Main event segment was good, but once Roman isn't there, it's going to be an uphill struggle because as good as Punk is on the mic, they needed a brawl or something at the end to sell the hatred. I guess they still have the Elimination Chamber

I have never been more disapointed in someone then when Oli drank fosters on video Oli you are a sick, sick man and need help lol. jokes aside this is the type of raw they needed after the rumble the gunther aj bit had me dying. well i did love the punk/romen promo still feel wrong that punk is taking a half step to the side of finn not making the next finn match feeling like a big deal. Also i don't like how rhea is being treated like a bigger star after she (more the booking) shoehorned her into iyo's story I was hyped for iyo vs asuka bloodfeud that sounds great but instead we got a pretty tame tag feud that made everyone other then rhea feal second rate. Like rhea is the only one getting to pin people the camra pans away from iyo to her. like rhea is a big star she is great on the mic and in ring. but why can't they let iyo be a big star and main eventer everyone wants her to be by herself. they always have to put her with a bayley or rhea or kai. like if it's cos she can't cut promos as well don't have her cut promos let her in ring work speak or do video packages. i don't get it i think she is the best in ring worker wwe has had since like HBK. but even when she has the big title she's the 3rd most important wrestler on the womens roster unless she is facing or tagging with Rhea.

Well this was a pallet cleanser of a show. I am home from Riyadh and I don't believe I care about Mania 43 enough to go back. ONTO RAW: We all know what we came for. The Roman and Punk segment. This is the sort of thing that makes decisions like Roman winning the Rumble worth it after the fact, even if I hated it in the moment. I love me a good Continuity Cavalcade. I was half-hoping Drew would run in and blindside Roman with a Claymore, just because it would be in character for him to be petty and paranoid enough to do so. Also: what the hell is the plan for Bron? Seth got hurt, and they just scrapped everything they could possibly have had for him it seems. The Vision has been an abject failure in the objective. Triple H is bad at booking, and doesn't care. OLI or LUKE: Feel free to skip the rest of this comment, it's mostly a stream of consciousness. The Hardcore match was excellent, even with the odd botch. Liv is absolutely showing her true colors. Je'von vs Americano Verde was fun. Bronson vs Penta was fun. The Vision getting their comeuppance from LA Knight is worthwhile. Oba destroying the War Raiders was probably the best way to have it be a handicap squash match without it being an official loss for them, not that it matters since they're barely on TV. That said, Oba looking like a monster is always good. Get the Bellas back off my TV. Please.

Bron breaker imploding made me feel so much better as he acted how I felt I can see him going to smackdown on his own . La Knight was brilliant again . Paul Heyman decent into despair is brilliant. The Phenomenal Gunther is so good maybe hes retiring Rey at wrestlemania ? Finn Balors promo was brilliant maybe wins elimination chamber and we have a 3 way at mania for the OAP title . Or he doesn't even get a qualification match . Roman and punk great as the should be also a little shooty which really helped . Raquel Woodregues performance tonight was bad so slow and stiff getting around the match. Reminded me of becky lyra at mania. Can we all agree Oli isnt allowed to go on holidays anymore . He leaves and wrestling gets better and nikki Bella disappears. He comes back and we have the worst rumble I've watched live , Aj Styles retires and to cap it all off he causes the bellas to multiply and join the best wrestling divison in wwe. I was looking forward to the woman's tlc at wrestlmania but now dread it . Thanks Oli for manifesting this into existence. Fuck it its Riyadh Season . Drinking a warm fosters at 9.30am is the depression caused by Oli Davis' selfish ways.

I really wanted homelander vs Negan for wrestlemania. They keep teasing it. Do we think it will ever happen? I hope Roman shows up more so we can really get this fued worth watching. This is a good start but with weeks and weeks left before mania there is a fear it will cool down so they need to keep the heat going

Punk always ups his game the bigger the star, same with Roman. Never doubted this was the direction and should be, Bron not at this level and...its Wrestlemania! WWE want the biggest stars vs. biggest stars, not saying that's always the best idea, but in this instance with Punk close to the end of his career and Roman also slowing down, this is the right choice. You could have Fatu wining the WWE Championship and Roman with the World title.

This os the type of presentation I want for Gunther. He can be smug and a prick, but it's because he's actually the best wrestler in the company. I just think they should have him beat some more top guys. It doesn't matter how many legends he retire if he's just going to lose to guys like Cody and Roman when it matters.

The timing of segments on this show was odd, first LA Knight attacked the Vision, then showed Knight was taken out by them weeks ago in a video package, Pearce said he had removed Bron from the building, then we see him with Heyman later on, and Bert Kreisher was shown backstage with Alpha Academy and then we're told he was in the building with a crowd cam.
