LUKE: The best ones will be read on the next WrestleTalk Podcast!

Comments

DennyDorko

I'm not crying, you're crying.

HaraLambis

Pointless show, popped for abyss, as I imagine Ollie and Luke will too

Colt Durham

I really thought they were about to setup taker vs styles at mania in response to ticket sales this year

Chris

Do not let Luke watch that ending off camera! His reaction will really sweet to see

Aaron Frink

I think I finally believe he is retired

Vault-Tec Doormamu

Taker becoming the unofficial surprise HOF announcer is a character development I wasn’t expecting. But Kid Rock aside, I don’t hate it.

Darren Lloyd

Luke I can’t believe this was the end of AJ, thought the video package was weak and farewell speech was generic HOF is in April still 4 months to build an all in match

Ben Morgan

At some point you have to give up on the vision. Start fresh. Give everyone new storylines. Let’s just give this faction the Retribution treatment and pretend it never happened. Get well soon Reed.

Tom Garrett

Tough break for Bronson Reed. And another injury certainly won't help the increasingly directionless Vision. Fairly obvious that he was supposed to win the Chamber spot, as WWE didn't have a graphic with Jey ready immediately after the match.

Chris deaton

Just wanted to share that not only is today my bday but I’m 5 years alcohol free and I’m pretty proud of that going through severe depression. Also it’s like every other week someone gets hurt. The vision can’t catch a freaking break.

Gage Rosenow

Tonight truly felt like a definitive end for AJ. While I’m heartbroken that he’s done and likely not appearing for AEW like we all fantasy booked for a couple appearances, there are few who deserve to enjoy retirement and all that comes with it more than AJ. I can’t wait for his HOF speech. Any thoughts on who should induct him??

Will B

Was extremely skeptical that WWE would actually do the right thing, but that was great. I love that they let him have the moment, and didn't do any of their shenanigans.

Dukect

I just wanna ask this question because I don't think there's an answer to this. Is the vision the most cursed Faction in WWE history?

Mark Decker

A.J. in the Hall of Fame...Phenomenal!!

Badgersprite

Outside of the last half hour that show was absolute ass. One of the worst RAWs of the HHH era. No real storyline or character development. Bronson getting hurt. Maxxine doing a Jenna Morasca sell. God bless Iyo, Kairi, Raquel and AJ for ending the show on a positive note.

Dylan Reeder

I didn’t have much faith in what I thought was just a cobbled together AJ Styles tribute show, but i’m glad I was proven wrong! Very exciting news for AJ. In other news, the vision might be cursed🤣

Brody Allsep

Not the worst go home show, but not that excited for Chamber. Wish they would have the World Title on the line in the Chamber match like they used to. Mania title shot is great, but then it is just earning a consolation prize from the Royal Rumble.

Rob Dragon

The next person asked to be part of The Vision better run away as fast as they can! That group is cursed!

Jaws 24

After all these years Undertaker is still scaring me, anyway well deserved to AJ being the hall of fame

James Ford

Pretty average show as a whole, the AJ Styles tribute was great and I’m glad he’s getting his deserved Hall of Fame induction, but now I have no idea what Gunther is doing at Mania. Maybe a triple threat between Finn, Dom and Gunther for the IC title?

Courtney Rose

Abyss showing up is the most excited anything related to WWE has made me in months.

KlaunVI

A groovy goodbye. And I was stoked it wasnt Stephanie telling AJ about HOF. ps Iyo Sky with the swaaaan dive tornado ddt was the prettiest thing since Dana Delaney in Tombstone!

Don

As a wise... well, as Peter Griffin said, "A boat's a boat, but the mystery box could be anything. It could even be a boat. You know how much we've wanted one of those." Touching speech by AJ. I'm not crying cuz I'm not a b like Luke, but why did someone start cutting onions near me?

Inexplicable Shorts

Vision is cursed. You hate to see it. I’d say split them for now and work on building them up as solo stars so that when they reconvene, they’ll be the better for it. Speedy recovery, all.

BlackYakuzu94

Alright, that RAW was really bad, but the realization has kind of set in that AJ is done and its hitting kind of hard. I thought there was a small chance he'd go to AEW, but no, he's DONE done and I'm kinda tearing up.

LeQueerious

Damn he's really done isn't he? What a ride it has been regardless. Higher by creed brought me a few tears and I found it hilarious they played off his first title win being from Jinder Mahal rather than Mox. Bronson Reed being injured absolutely blows but may be a blessing in disguise, as maybe he can leave that damned stable for good and do his own thing.

Matthew bardales

Can’t wait to hear oli call Luke a little bitch again 😂😂for crying at aj’s retirement speech

Brandon

beautiful retirement celebration for AJ styles. teared up by the end and the hall of fame announcement is earned. Episode was shit, I think the vision is cursed and that Brock segment could have been an email. Je'von/Kofi was fine but not as good as it could be

Spades

Hey guys, this show made me appreciate just how much an athlete Je’Vons Evans is with what he was able to do in his match. His aerial work was crazy. I am sad about Reed though getting injured the way he did. Now all original members of the vision had/are now injured talk about cursed. Also, unlikely you saw this in the UK, but during the ad breaks in the US showing we saw WWE making more great use of Penta as a man struggling with his taxes and having TurboTax come save him.

Brody Allsep

I'm curious if Cena will headline the HoF class this year, and if so if that will overshadow AJ. Of course the actual headliner will be Stephanie McMahon. Lol

KlaunVI

Oh and ps.... the Memphis crowd never fully got into the show because they had to give their first born child to Rumplestilzkin to get into the building.

Faheem_786

A flat show and you could feel it was going to be from that first triple threat going wrong. The AJ segment at the end was good though. He's probably my favourite in ring performer of all time.

Joseph Machado

I really truly don't know what was faster: the time it took for me to start crying when AJ came out, or the time it took for Paul Heyman to shack up with Brock Lesnar and abandon The Vision post Bronson's injury.

Henry Riley-Edwards

I know WWE has been bad this year but man these injuries with Seth Rollins, both Bron’s, Gable, Liv Morgan and KO all happening in the same year is so rough. It’s on WWE for not being able to pivot but unfortunate nonetheless.

Tim Pak

Got back into wrestling as a teen in 2016, right when WWE signed AJ Styles, I was happy with the tribute. I was like why are they keeping the middle open, then Taker came out, and I thought they were actually gonna make him wrestle again. Gotta love wrestling sometimes.

Ben Pavett

Average raw in my opinion. Only things really worth noting are: - Gunther being a knob about AJ Styles (Luke probably cried) - The Vision (yes they are still a team) getting bested by Rhodes and the Usos - Jey winning his Chamber Qualifier (no more yeeting please) - Lesnar issuing an Open Challenge (his next appearance is on March 6th I believe, on Smackdown… Oba Femi is also there.. Do you see where I am going with this?) - CM Punk coming out and talking for a few minutes (Oli cried here) -Raquel winning her qualifier which actually surprised me. - The actual meat and potatoes of the show here in the AJ Styles tribute part. Great segment with a great reveal at the end with Taker announcing his hall of fame induction. Overall, it wasn’t much to write home about. That reminds me.. I am at work while I am writing this. I was putting stock into the freezers when I noticed that there was a 4 pack of frozen Greggs Sausage Rolls that was completely misprinted. When I opened it to see what it was, the “sausage rolls” fell out and they formed a QR code.. That QR code led me to this podcast.. I then cooked and ate it. Delicious.

Brian Moore

Everytime we get one of these tribute shows I hope for something like Ric Flair's where legends come out one by one to say goodbye but instead we just got random backstage segments and none of them interacted with AJ. The Vision may be the most cursed faction in wrestling. Looking at the official Chamber lineup I'm sure we all got Cody for the men's and honestly I want Asuka to win the Women's, I think her "Kairi help me win" storyline would make a better Mania build vs Jade than any other thrown together story they could do with anyone else

Dev King

As a 24 turning 25 this year old man, i was banned from watching WWE in my house in 06-07’ i found tna in 08’ and tonight seeing all these old tna faces, i shed a single tear, like a bitch

Bdazzle

I love how Brock has just gone back to his original character wtf is character development

Lex Sells Merch

If the Visions plan was to get 6 people injured (yes, including Heyman)… it’s going great so far!

Blake Whitehouse

Just going to keep this short, I think Royce Keys should join The New Day

Brody Allsep

Elimination Chamber this Saturday isn't exciting me. Finn isn't winning (prove me wrong Trips), the Men's Chamber is probably gonna be Cody, which is getting to Cena/Reigns level of Mania fatigue, but crazy fantasy booking: Randy eliminates Cody, and Je'Von Evans wins out of nowhere to face Drew. Either Drew keeps continues his reign, or a new youngest WWE Champion bringing the future into the present.

Jag

It's not what goes on in the show but how you end it that makes you remember it. Cos that was a nothing nothingness show but the end with AJ hits hard. Though i was half expecting Taker to recreate that iconic moment from the Boneyard match when he came out.

Wheels

I loved that AJ tribute segment it’s been a month since his last match and I’m still trying to wrap my head around all of it. I can’t say that I didn’t let a tear fall. I’m coming to terms with this being the end. Thank you AJ Styles

Flame4506

Had a good feeling at the start of this Raw. Crowd was into the first segment. Then Bronson Reed got hurt. I really think that killed most of the momentum. The rest of the show was lackluster. Punk pushing his Wrestlemania match with Roman is infuriating. At least pretend you are taking Balor seriously. Enjoyed Je'von vs. Kofi. The Women's qualifying match was good but definitely playing catch up with the crowd. So happy for AJ and glad he's going into the Hall of Fame.

Keith Below

I think WWE needs Lasik because The Vision is deteriorating.

Brody Allsep

(Think this is my last one. Tried to split my many thoughts to make it easier for you to pick short ones to read out.) Don't know if I'm excited to see the Tiffany vs Jade rematch I'm expecting when she wins the Chamber match, but I am looking forward to when everyone else teams up to pin Rhea, earning them and their partner, as well as Lash and Nia after the no contest, the 6 team TLC Women's Tag Team Title match at Mania we all know is coming.

Vectron44

Is it just me or is Undertaker beginning to feel like the HR person who makes a bigger deal out of employee awards than everyone else? Will he be handing out cat posters in the office next?

Isaac Glover

The Vision is getting blurry, I think this faction is cursed. Je’Von Evan’s match with Kofi was super exciting and I cried throughout AJ’s segment and jumped out of my seat when the undertaker said they had unfinished business lol But it didn’t feel like a go home show for a PLE, I’m very happy AJ got his flowers but besides that it’s the same stuff every week and it’s way to predictable.

Roy Wickiser

I can not wait to see how excited Luke is over this episode.

Josh F

Every time I see Bryon Saxton I say to myself. He still works here?

ChaseTheVillain

Why have TNA guys if they're not going to the ring? They should've extended it and had Kaz, Abyss, Roode, and his NJPW people like Balor, Tama, and bring the Good Brothers in. All that would've been a nice pop.

griffin martin

the stoppable force (terrible booking) vs the moveable object (dead crowd) what a showing tn! side note, i want to get into wrestling auto biographies, who is a good start?

Alex Denny

Seeing Petey Williams and Abyss on WWE TV felt like a fever dream. Also The Vision as a whole seems to be cursed. Time to cut their loses and end the group.

RUSTAGE

them having to pivot the winner mid match because Bronson getting injured means that trick is the ONLY heal in the elimination chamber. I think they could've taken a risk on putting Chad Gable americano in there instead of Jey.

Sedin Magic15

AJ Styles' retirement was obviously the highlight of the night. I love that he's going into the HOF, very fitting I think. You cried didn't you, Luke? (Just teasing of course!)

Lily Petal

I did this as a 10 count. 1. I know damn well Luke lost his mind seeing Abyss! 2. I bawled my eyes out for AJ Styles! That's right, Oli I admit it! 3. I don't care what anyone says #Finn2026! 4. Congrats Je'Vonn on your win. 5. Damnit, Jey again??? 6. Hope Bronson is ok. 7. The Vision is cursed, Seth never should have done the fake injury angle. 8. Did anyone really think Liv was being sincere to Stephanie, answer no. 9. Is Taker the new announcer of inductees to the HoF? 10. Seriously, this was the go home episode of RAW before EC?? Oli is right, HHH doesn't care and is bad at booking. It is f*cking Rhiyad Season.

Jakob

It’s wild to think that Kofi was my favorite wrestler when I was a kid, now Jevon who is my age is wrestling him. This was awesome

Graff

Totally didn't cry like Luke did at Aj's final farewell. Not like the song the used was awesome or anything. Hopefully he's the headliner and not Stephanie.

Robbie Clegg

Pacing is simply awful. Seems to be going backwards like to when Vince was in charge, the slow nature, waiting for action to get started cos of promos and ad breaks. I watched it live and CM punk commented about it when it went to a commercial break after his entrance, hes hanging around ringside talking to timekeeper and you could just make out he was talking to Cole, saying he wanted to just come out and get started but then has to wait, they cut to a video package for AJ almost immediately after. I know mania is a ways off still and hopefully after chamber it kicks into top gear because if it doesnt I think this may be a start of a bigger problem eg fans turning off the product regardless of the "build" to mania because its absolutely awful. Lackluster crowds, in ring...its okay but nothing to write home about, they are hoping that the good will of the fans will carry them through and its just not happening. The 2 big hooks for the show...Leonard promo that achieved nothing, and Aj segment which was nice and lovely but to close the show? Im not sure, it was one of the worst under the triple h era

“Burly” Rob Burwell

With Bronson out now, they just need to blow The Vision up. They’re down to Logan and Theory… woof! The masked man needs to go after Logan and Theory needs to go to SmackDown or NXT. I don’t see how they salvage this storyline. The Vision… BAM non-factor

Nateknowswrestling

Too many injuries for The Vision to survive just end it. I liked the idea It could’ve been cool but sometimes you just have bad luck.

Natalie Andromeda

who is forcing taker to announce all the new hall of fame inductees? like did he lose a bet?

Krites

This show was full of fluff and the only reason to watch this was for the AJ styles tribute at the end. The retirement speech didn’t quite hit the same like the other great ones like Daniel Bryan, Edge etc. They botched the Triple h’s show ending fakeout crutch by putting the post credit logo a tad too soon and the show was still rolling with everyone making their way to the ramp before Taker’s gong eventually hit.

Luis Antillon

Hey guys, I’m positive AJ didn’t see the announcement for the Hall of Fame coming the “oh shit” he said when Taker said it was his honor … seemed very real and genuine. I’m happy for him

Peter Siddorn

Ok seriously what the hell did WWE do to get the injury curse like they have right now? As someone who been watching for over 30 years I do not remember it ever being this bad. Also a WWE video package with Creed music in 2026 I'm here for that.

Jupiter

Best thing on the show was Finn having a half star match on 2K

Byron Grist

I Really miss the Openings of Raw. Especially with you guys doing the invasion those openings for both raw and smackdown were awesome. I really miss across the nation so much.

Kevin Fleuriot

AJ Styles going to the HOF is the only thing that makes me feel like "oh yeah, it is supposed to be WrestleMania season.. oh well"

Fizishy

WWE really went all out for AJ Styles by making his farewell episode as "TNA" as possible! Ice-cold matches, subpar promos, nonsense segments, a freak injury, all in front of a crowd Punk couldn't even get going--what a wretched show! At least it ended well--the womens' qualifying match was solid and the surprise HOF announcement was genuinely sweet--but they could not rescue this D-tier program.

Robert Allen

The injury crisis has destroyed the Vision stable. Walk Heyman away from it and just let Paul and Theory drift apart.

RowdyRoutyPiper

I think like Luke said last week this AJ Styles tribute reeked of desperarion, while the HOF Induction is a nice moment this felt more like WWE putting the nail in the coffin of AJ potentially going anywhere else, as most of us were upset on how lackluster his retirement build was and wanted to see him go out wrestling the best, as lets face it most of AJ's legendary opponents are elsewhere now or retired.

Figment

Tonight's show was... odd. Bronson's hurt, Maxine *looked* dead, and Brock's random open challenge for Mania (but it seemed like he thought someone was gonna come out right then) was weird. Totally cried during AJ's video. Good to see him going in the HoF.

Oliver Hayhoe

An absolute nothing of an episode. A Raw that could’ve been an email. Served entirely to get a cheap AJ/Taker pop and bury the Vision entirely. This Liv/Vaquer build is the opposite of heat. The Punk feud is just spinning wheels. Why bother, it’s gonna hurt me

Real One's Georgie Tuffs

What has AJ actually done to earn this WWE hall of fame? Before people jump on me I think he is a legit GOAT and alongside Kenny started a whole new generation of wrestler. But not at WWE. Are their people who actually won more and done more in WWE who deserves that hall of fame with the pomp and ceremony more than him. Once again AJ is a GOAT who deserved so much more

ScottJDev

Even when Triple H tries to do a Vince-style, panic-booked show, it's still BORING

Vic Cutting

What do you guys think of the current HOF? Do you think aj and stephanie both have done enough to warrant being in it?

Vikrish-Ingi

I really hope the box has a new medical team. Or maybe it contains Dan Hausen and hes cursing the vision so whoever takes the lead gets a trip to the operating room. AJ done good nice send off. Really want Balor to win and make it a triple threat at mania.

Jack McEwen-Quy

Not sure who I popped harder for, seeing Abyss or Like Mike star (Lil) Bow Wow!

Snake

Man I feel for Bronson Reed, I honestly don’t know where the vision goes from here. What do you guys think this means for the whole masked man storyline?

Manuel Tenger

Abyss showed up. 10/10 No Notes.

Lewis Kelly

AJ styles had a run in with the STAGE LIGHT COMMUNITY during his final entrance tonight on Raw

Jonah Michael

Gonna put my tinfoil hat on for a second, did WWE push through this HOF induction to styles to try and stop him going to AEW all in? I don’t know if the HOF coms with a legends contract etc, but it just doesn’t seem like it was the original plan

Lewis Kelly

Clearly HHH fears Oli Davis, the show started without 15 mins of people arriving to the arena maybe we are entering a new era?

Snake

Just a quick one even though I’ve already left a comment, do you think maybe the box is there as a way to bring back demon Finn? Don’t get me wrong I hate the idea, I hate every idea about this stupid box. Except for the idea that Triple H is inside it and he comes out the box to announce “This is a new era, the box era”

Chris Harrison

Did Luke commission the tribute package to AJ? Creed and loads of TNA footage definitely a DAD move. But seriously was welling up watching that. As a fellow 2000s TNA diehard on the Challenge days this hits hard.

Joe Manns

Now raquel has qualified for the chamber, is there a world where she wins it and makes it a triple threat at mania against liv and Stephanie

Yeetus Skeetus

That was one of the worst raws ive seen in a while but Borash and Abyss showed up so that was nice. Imagine failing doing a worked injury angle just for everyone in the storyline to get injured.

Liam

I genuinely think they're treating AJ so well to try and convince him that this is the right time to retire and NOT go on a final run in AEW

Liam

Nice to be back on the regular schedule of "Yeeting starts, fast forward 2-3 minutes, Yeeting is 'run back', fast forward another minute"

Apesh 07

Thank god my theory was wrong

Jamie Fisher

Is it normal for 5/6 of the Chamber participants to be Baby faces? And the one "heel" in it is getting the biggest baby face reactions out of all of them in Trick Williams

Geek Of Arabia

Jeez, the Vision is actually cursed at this point.

RealDoubleJ

Lads, I think i might be done with WWE for a while. I haven't really been watching the last few months bar highlights and traditional Rumble watch. So sitting down to watch a full-on episode for AJ Styles and my biggest pop is Abyss stepping out of a broom closet makes me think i could be the problem? Also had the realisation that WWE tribute shows are pretty much modelled after that episode of Alan Partridge where he's waiting for Roger Moore to show up

ChuckyAreLaw

Haven't watched RAW in ages but just wondering where Ollie's Enshittification of WWE video is? I just finished reading it in preparation!

Chris deaton

Im not a big religious guy but Greed is one of 7 deadly sins. . Trying to squeeze out every cent from the people that got them to the place they are in are biting them on the ass. Genuinely sucks Bronson is missing Mania two years in a row due to injury. Hope it’s not as severe as the reports are saying and he’s able to return soon but also when he is ready to. There are way too many injuries. It feels like there’s one every other week (Made my faction based on 5 of them is what gotten me thinking about that)

Mike C

So I got cut and stitches today at work from a windshield(real glass joke goes here) I didnt want my bad luck to continue into this show. But the best thing was abyss coming out of the boiler room. That video package was great. Still Way to many commericals. Have a great and safe week wrestletalk family.

The Jursus

Can't wait for Worst Match Ever Legend Ken the Box to make his debut this saturday at Elimination Chamber!

Michael

I am not overly fond of spending half a year using Becky to get over Maxine to feed her to eternally not over Nattie

Irving Sanchez

I’m really surprised that the AJ Styles Hall of Fame announcement was made by Undertaker and not Michelle McCool. In all seriousness, much deserved and happy for Styles… shame that he will be in the shadow of the headliner Stephanie 😂

CB

With how Jey was after the match, plus the overwhelming amouny of babyfaces in the chamber match, do you think Bronson was meant to be the winner of that match? While the match wasent great beforehand, after the injury it became VERY stilted and awkward.

wordlifefan9

I may be over exaggerating, but with that “plans” and intentions for the Vision being the “A storyline”, The Vision might go down as a bottom 10 WWE faction of all time

Rey Villegas

Every single time Brock lesnar has been on screen since returning at summer slam, he has added nothing if not actively harmed anything he’s in. He does not bring anything worth while to the table, especially at this point in his career

jad_ofalltrades

This could've been an interesting angle between Maxine and Nattie had it been booked as Nattie beating up Maxine but Maxine just refuses to give up, brainbusters/Sharpshooters/ everything and Maxine just doesn't let leading to a ref stoppage , this would put over Nattie as a badass fighter and Maxine as a valiant underdog.....but nope they just don't care

Justin Edelheit

I think the reveal of who’s in the box will actually be lame and be a comedy bit that won’t be funny.

BUSINESS

I really do not know why I watch World Wrestling Entertainment anymore... All of these Ads can burn in Hell because I am sick of looking at them, and hearing about them, and having to spend most of the show skipping to the actual wrestling.
