It's a weird week in fighting, but weird isn't always bad and in fact bad isn't always bad.

Edit: Remembered to compress it this time.

yo, you were talking about folding/cross guards and looking for moore applications of it and i wanted to point you to gene fullmer and george foreman after his comeback as they both used it to great success and fullmer's entire style was built around it . secondly i wanted to ask about the cross gaurd in terms for leg kicks and it's viability in kickboxing. that's all, love the weirdness... jan błachowicz's holistic detective agency bless

Any chance we can get these boi casts in an RSS feed or as a private video on YouTube?

I think it's Boxing by Edwin Haislet

Loving these longer form, more rambling pod. Feels like just chatting about fights with your pal in pub

Can we get Slacky's meme of the week while we're at it? The sheer amount I've seen just on Paddy Pimblett alone this week

Andrew Yu

I love that Jack has watched Boardwalk Empire, referring to MK Williams as "Chalky White" rather than "Omar."

Also I believe masvidal landed one or two round knees to the body on Diaz

I would say to the guy asking about striking instructionals that BJJ Fanatics sister site Dynamic Striking often has sales on and tends to be cheaper than fanatics a lot of the time. Over the last few months I've picked up a few of the Teddy Atlas ones (fundamentals and body punching) for around £15-£20 each. Definitely worth having a look if you can afford it
